Advisement 
Just to set proper expectation here is the following advisement regarding with your mobile device unlock request: 
 
1. You will receive an email within 72 hours to let you know if the request was approved. 
2. If the request is approved, you need to wait for 24 hours after receiving the email before the unlock steps will work. 
3. Apple device users may need a computer with Internet access and iTunes to complete the unlock. 
4. You email service may block or move amil to spam folder. The email will come from do-not-reply@t-mobile.com.

The good news is that, I am able to work this out with my support and what we can do is to have the device unlocked with the help of supervisor. Just to set proper expectation, this might take 2-3 business days for the unlock to be process and still a subject of approval.
