1. Go to https://switch2t-mobile.com/
2. Below the 'Here's how to submit your Keep and Switch Claim' section, scroll down a little until you see 'Check Your T-Mobile Status' (just below the boxed 'GET STARTED' magenta button). Tap 'Check Your T-Mobile Status'.
3. Log in to your T-Mobile account and follow the screen prompt to see your rebate claim and redeem.
