For fans stating they are unable to view their tickets under "Upcoming Events" in their account and it shows instead in their "Past Events". Please follow guidelines below:

If event is not DOS, advise agent to inform fan to check their account from time to time. If event is DOS, submit My Account Issue form for further investigation. Make sure the agents include the correct date of the event if they are submitting forms for DOS requests.
