{BEFOR ANDREWS ARRIVEL] PAGE 5
Since I myself have been an employee of Traditional Insights I started as a field worker in the green houses. I didn't know much about nutrients and what it took to keep a cannabis plant green and healthy. I just knew they weren't some ordinary plants. They were the best growing plant in the industry of cannabis. I knew the basic of caring for the plant was very important so that the plant would be a great growth. The qualified team of very skilled cultivators that are making positive decisions If on step isn't timed out properly it could affect the entire downstream operation, Being a cultivation manager Andrew has made it clear just how important that the cannabis plants are, They are very sensitive crops, So, preventing crop lose is a constant mindset. Clean and clear workflow can help ensure task are performed constantly, So that we stay on track for harvest rotations. I know that working in the green houses everyday it's a new task rather its cloning trimming pruning transplanting. Just about anything I've learned along the way, It has giving me insights to how important cannabis plants are and the understanding of what it takes to be a part of the team.

Every day I took my job seriously I worked hard and never complained and I never gave up on anything. I always took my job to another level' Yuith Ramos human recourses has made my struggle her struggle, I very much appreciate her for making things a lot less stressful for me well working here. She continues to be making me feel comfortable. The respect is equal and the crew I work with have made my days fighting to stay alive and they never give me more to do than what I can handle, The support I get from everyone is the best support I could ask for but knowing I have great team leaders here in production. The support I get from my crew here at work is incredible and I'm grateful for all the head strong feelings of full respect that I am greeted with every day. I will remember my journey here at traditional for the blessed years to come. I just want to let everyone know just how much respect I have for all of the managers and supervisors. PAGE 7
I've been given a lot of my time everyday thanking god for all the kindness and
real friends that I've made here working for this company,
But there is one person that has been a great friend since I began working here,
Don't get me wrong we did bump heads one time but because we were able to communicate on a professional level, we mended our issue and ever since then I have gained
So much respect for my former team leader who is now the Green House
supervisor.
But besides that, He is my good friend and whenever I needed something or even a friend to talk to, he never pushed me aside.
I will always respect you for that BETO thank you for being not only my boss in the greenhouse but my friend on the outside of work.
I know that there are a lot of great leaders here at this cannabis company that's why Jason & Andrew are teaching them hands on step by step understanding the right way to growing marijuana.
{Straight Out of Cultivation}
Enough of my heart-warming journey! It's time we shared the journey of Traditional Insights Cultivation Supervisor Specialist. Jason Vela His journey into cannabis Industry and what he has developed on that journey. When it comes to the knowledge on being a cultivator step by step.
{ALONG SIDE SUPERVISOR SPECIALIST} PAGE 8
As I walked alongside Jason taking the time to look at the cultivation world through him. Honestly it was kind of interesting and cool to learn what brought him to take interest in the position.
{SIMPLE QUESTIONS}
So, I asked Jason a few questions about his job position here and how he began to take aim in Marijuana. Jason took me down a younger journey when he was growing up telling me How just by looking at a place that he knew there was marijuana being grown there.
Jason says when he was younger that he would go after school he would go to work out of the house garage of some lawyer or attorney that he was working cleaning marijuana.
It was then that he began to study everything there was to know about the cannabis industry. He came from the traditional cannabis business in Los Angeles. Jason is very skilled when it comes to knowing all there is to know about cannabis. I think that Jason is highly qualified for his knowledge I just hope he is being paid what his position is required to him. I couldn't be more pleased as a employee of Odyssey Insights to have been able to ask them some questions and use them in my up coming book project.
PAGE 9
That will have everything you need to know about traditional insights and the hard working employees there is making all that's done here possible in the up grow of this years great harvest.
Questioned I Asked Both Cultivation Employees
Jason Vela & Andrew Carrillo
Both Vela & Carrillo had more to share than I could be fast enough to write down on paper. I started by asking them both what are normal Ph levels in Cannabis plants. Ph Balance Levels,
Ph Balance or imbalance
Jason says high induced Iron differencey can result in chlorosis of new
growth and over all stunning,
I also asked Jason how often is the Ph Balance checked and why, Jason's words were Hydropeniedly system rely on a Nutrient solution to provide Nutrients to the plants. The Ph balance to be checked at least once a day.
Jason says the effect to a cannabis plant Imbalanced, it can kill the plant Imbalanced level will show 7.4 readings.
He also explained what normal Ph balance levels are, 5.4 6.2level readings regularly testing and fine stunning the Ph levels is required is a fundamental aspect of Commercial cannabis cultivation.
abnormal Ph level readings 7.4 He says nothing lives under 3.3 levels.
PAGE 10
There's a lot more to learn about when it comes to cultivation.
You will find the full teaching of real skilled and hands on with Andrew Carrillo & Jason Vela
There's more to know there's also the groundbreaking beginning
of Odyssey Traditional Insights.
The company has a new manager now
Hannah Kyle
I hate to say this but most of the company employees may think that maybe she may be taking her position as
manager a bit to her head,
I've, took a lot of time to understand what her
positive outlook on being manager really was and glamouring up the farm
looks like all she has done. says other employees.
I thought that doing the right things as a manager would build the company up
for real success but it turns out that either the other supervisors dont
agree of what she may have planned out well the company employees and other managers and supervisors highly disagree.
They made a Hugh mess of what could have been a great harvest. Turned out to be the worst this company has had. Those are the words of everyone here at Traditional Insights Infact everyone has said that making her manager is one of our big bosses Aarons biggest mistake made aside from hiring the last manager Carlos She has no skills on what creative leadership is for this company, She has made changes that only she seems to think our the great changes for the company but employee' seem to think other wise.
The other employees say it's their way or no way at all to hell with the Traditional way they say. I'm just voicing what everyone has said to me here and I promised to let their words be heard in this book project. So here it is no one's voice will be left unheard. I think.
Hannah Has made company rules that are just pissing off everyone and make no dam sense. Production has really turned around before people weren't getting the job done people would talk more than they worked things were behind orders weren't done properly till the production supervisor Darwin put rules down and got shit together also the talking stopped, and jobs got done on time what was left of the employees that didn't leave to our competition next door because they didn't want to work with well Hannah she was just the type of person that no one liked. What really pissed off a lot of employees that worked for the company was that after more than enough employees left she came into our production unit and said to many of us that she was going to start giving raises to the hard workers that she thought deserved a raise and that those who left the company lost out.
Well the words from all say BULLSHIT because were all still waiting on her those who are worthy of it the raise no one has gotten shit maybe that only was meant for a couple like well i'm pretty sure that is'nt hard to figure out who got those extra $'s still has to do if the employees would just do their part.
I don't think that Hannah stopped the less talk more work in Production, What solved that problem was the people that were the distraction without notice left Traditional and began employment with the new cannabis place that reopened after new owners took over so a lot of employees that worked with us just left to work there and it just so happened to be the ones that didn't really do their job' PAGE 11
It was so much more normal like a job unit is supposed to be everyone doing their job less talk and more work I'd like to say. That's all I have to say about production because It's not as it should and if The manager would actually see what's really taking place in production and not what she thinks is what ever and ok for now I think if maybe she looked more into what's the real problem in production.
Honestly there's a lot going on in this company that Hannah doesn't know and I'm sorry Hannah to say that but I also know your probably reading this and now I must have you thinking what does Anina know that I don't know, right and I also know that you're going to want to know what it is, I've been working here at traditional for a year and 3 months and there's one thing I do is pay real close attention to my workplace.
I've always been on top of my responsibilities there's just too much wrong going on in this company and no one does anything to fix it the people you think are the right people for the job aren't and if the manager can't see that then someone really isn't doing their job right.
But then again management is far from knowing the wrong that is taking place right under her nose the reason for that is because she just wants this company to be successful in more ways than one,
PAGE 12
It's, like giving your trust to someone just to find out you made the biggest mistake when it comes to your job position. I was always trying to keep myself out of any wrong I seen going on here at Traditional but when wrong wasn't doing what's right I was sure to let the old boss Carlos know what was taking place on the job I didn't say my name because I wasn't sure if he would tell the ones that were doing wrong who told them and honestly their friends of mine,
IM just the type of person that doesn't do well with people taking anyone or anything for granted after I realized the boss already knew and was allowing the shit to happen, I then just kept my eyes open at all times and thought that the owner would eventually find out what was going on here at his company and they would be fired for their actions,
I also seen that the things that were happening were ok with Carlos he didn't give 2 rats ass what anyone did to be honest. I knew there wasn't going to be anything done by Carlos because there was a meeting with all the employees last year when Chris and John came, and Chris was pissed at the way Carlos was handling the harvest the workers and Chris was so mad I think even smoke was coming out his ears and ass.
But at that meeting Chris was telling Carlos to translate everything he was saying to the contract workers word by word, Carlos didn't translate a dame thing that Chris was really saying but Chris didn't know that and I was right next to Carlos he said something totally different from what Chris asked him to say. PAGE 13 Chris was basically just saying that he doesn't have time to be wasting money on people who didn't want to work and do their job right. If they didn't understand the work and weren't going to do the job, then to take their ass to the front gate and get the? off the company grounds because he doesn't need anyone taking up anymore of his time and company money.
He was very mad and honestly, I didn't blame him at all because there were a lot of useless people just dragging ass and not putting any effort. but also, that has a lot to do with the company leadership because there were a lot of Laidlaw workers that just stood around and talked instead of working others on their phone and others were chilling with other managers talking shit about everyone else it's a miracle shit even got done.
But there was a few of us that did work and worked hard to the fullest. We were the ones that were there to really get the job done I know I worked my ass off always,
The team leaders are the ones that need to be replaced not the ones that do their job. See the company needs a lot of change the only thing that has improved is us company manager and our cultivation men that our doing their all to improve what has been broken for a while now.
