Dear TL Sophie,

I am writing to formally resign from my position as Customer Service Advisor 1 at Concentrix, effective as of today due to my ongoing health concerns that require my immediate attention and focus.

This decision has been difficult, as I have truly valued my time at Concentrix and the professional relationships I’ve developed here. However, after careful consideration and in consultation with the healthcare provider, I have concluded that stepping away from work is necessary to prioritize my health and well-being.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to you and the entire team for the support and understanding during my time here.

I have truly appreciated the opportunity to contribute to Concentrix, and I am grateful for all the learning experiences and support I’ve received. I hope that, in the future, there may be an opportunity to reconnect under better circumstances.
