Make sure your app is currently up to date.


Please use the "attach file", "browse files", or "drop files" in the camera icon in the app.

You may also want to log out and log in, if did not work please make sure your app is updated.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to uninstall the application and reinstall it with the latest update.


To send a photo here, you will need to tap on the camera button or the plus sign beside the space where you type your messages. Once you tap on the camera button or the plus sign, you will see an option to take a photo or choose from your gallery. Tap on choose from gallery then highlight the photo that you wish to send.
