Yes Price rise happens every year, what best we can do is when the prise rise is about to happen you can contact us so that we can try to add some addition discounts to manage the package price same.
Will that works?
You will be impacted by the price increase on April 2027 which is £4 and £4 on April 2028. No worries, we always send notification 1-2months before the price increase takes effect together with a set of choices you can take advantage of. All you have to do once you receive that notification is to contact us so that we can assist you further.
I do understand you on this! these prices will be fixed until March 2027. On April 2027, there would be £4 fixed increase until April 2028. There would be increase again for £4 but good thing is if you will renew today, this contract will end on February 2028 wherein you can already discuss renewal on January 2028 so you won't be paying for the 2nd increase for longer duration.
The price will depend on UK's RPI. No worries as we will notify you 1 or 2 months before we make changes with a set of choices you can take advantage of, and you can freely decide what you think is the best for you. Sounds fair?
"Like all business we are also experiencing rising costs, so for example as energy prices rise, our running costs do too. These increased costs, and our customers growing demand for data, means we need to continue to invest in our network and services, so we must review prices. We are currently only making price amendments to your base bundle price. This means that any additional services you receive will not be impacted by the current price change. We do not control the pricing for any additional services like Sky sports & Netflix."
========I don’t want to sign up for something that goes up in price every year.===============================
That’s a valid concern. The annual RPI increase applies to all major providers now, but Virgin Media makes up for it with locked-in promotional prices and access to the latest services. And here’s the good part, you can recontract during your term if better offers come up, which can help manage the impact. Sounds fair?
Think of it as flexibility within the commitment, you’re not stuck. If a better offer becomes available, we’ll work with you to upgrade or recontract in the future. All good with that?
Think of it as stability with flexibility. We’ll always work with you if things change down the line. Sounds good?
We know a price rise is never welcome news and we understand that right now living costs are rising so people’s finances are under pressure. However Like all business we are also experiencing rising costs, so for example as energy prices rise, our running costs do too.
