We wanna make sure I can at least give you the complete advisements before we change the mobile number. Please be advised of the following:


You are allowed only one (1) change during a 12-month period, so they will not be allowed to change it again for 12 months.

When the mobile number is changed, all voicemail messages are deleted.

Your device must remain turned on, but may not be operational for up to 2 hours while we process the request.

You will receive a free text message with your new mobile number (may take up to 2 hours) when the new mobile number is active.

Your account balance, minutes, and expiration date transfer to the new mobile number.

Once the number is changed, the account is not accessible using the old mobile number.
Your My T-Mobile account will be reset and can be setup again after three (3) days (72 hours).

Do not add any refills until you receive text with the new mobile number.
