" INVESTIGATION" Upon checking the disputed merchant there is a valid undisputed card present EMV transaction from STARBUCKS STORE 59109, LOS ANGELES, CAUS within UT timeline, with previous transaction from the disputed merchant on 2022-06-22 at 11:33:23 just 1 day prior to the disputed transaction . The disputed transaction is within the state .There is a funding prior to the UT on 2022-06-24 at 02:37:32 and 02:38:29. There are several deny code 61, 05, 55 found within the UT however there is enough evidence to deny the claim. There is no fraud alerts found. There are no third party access. There is freezing of the account on 2022-06-24 at 22:28:59. There are no PII changes. The spending velocity and the behavior of the card holder is normal. He usually exhaust his card up to the point that his spot me limit can't cover it. This was also observed during the UT.
