Hi there Craig This looks very similar to a few WordPress-based training platforms I’ve helped finish where everything was already designed, but the real work was making the membership logic behave cleanly without turning it into a heavy LMS. I’d approach this as tightening the access flow end-to-end, making sure users move from checkout to content without friction and are subscriptions meant to unlock everything at once, or progressively by module? With PMS, Will advice mapping plans directly to modules and lessons so access is automatic right after payment, no admin touch needed, and make sure restricted pages are fully blocked even via direct URLs and yes I don't know but do you already have a preferred “clearance required” like message, or should that be styled to match the existing branding? For the post-checkout flow, I’d route users to a simple dashboard or welcome page or do you already have that page built, or should it be wired into what exists? For the content import, I’ve handled bulk lesson uploads from Word files before, keeping formatting clean and consistent inside Elementor — are the documents structured uniformly, or mixed formats? And do lessons need to be tied to memberships during import, or after? Given the scope and existing setup, £150 feels fair for a clean implementation assuming no major restructuring. If you want, I’m happy to jump on a quick call to confirm the access logic before starting — would that help you move faster?
