Before adding this plan, review Unlimited 55+ verification to confirm eligibility, requirements, and verification details as age MUST be validated.

Only offer this plan when NBA suggests changing the customer to a 55+ plan or when customers specifically request a 55+ plan. Age verification is required only for the Billing Responsible Party (BRP). U.S. and Puerto Rico customers 55 years or older. Maximum of one Unlimited 55 BAN per customer/SSN. Multiple BANS with 1 - 4 line versions of this plan are not allowed. Not Eligible

Promo Impacts

If the customer has existing promotional lines or service credits, check the specific promotion to ensure this plan is eligible. For Device promos (RDC), refer to the specific offer to determine if the new plan is part of the eligible SOC group. Any service or device promotion that required Magenta MAX or ONE Plus ONLY will be lost when moving to Go5G Available Discounts

Set Expectations Set expectations prior to a plan change and review additional details

Review Plan changes and the following advisements with your customer before changing to this plan:

All on-network data used counts towards fair-use de-prioritization limits. If you need more than four voice lines, a switch to Magenta or another plan is required. If the customer is coming from a plan that includes Music Freedom, Binge On, or Data Stash, let the customer know that this plan does not include these features. If the customer has any retired features, those will be removed upon switching to this plan. Tax treatment for add-ons or upgraded services (such as Netflix upgrades) may be different from the tax treatment of the plan. See Taxes for added or upgraded services on Tax Inclusive plans. If you need more than four voice lines, a switch to a non-55+ plan is required.

Customers can upgrade Netflix for an additional cost. See Netflix On Us. Adding a feature with additional hotspot will start the customer over at zero. It will not take into account the amount already used this cycle. Review Domestic Data Roaming for allotment details.
