We SAS representatives play a crucial role in assisting applicants with their inquiries, resolving application issues, and processing their requests. Our pivotal role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty is achieved by ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
 
One of the things I enjoy most about my role is being the first point of contact for applicants. I get to assist them with their job search, help them create applications, schedule their interviews, address their inquiries, and troubleshoot any issues with their online applications. The moment that brings me the most joy is when I schedule an applicant for an interview at one of our branches and later see their application progress to the next stage.
 
A typical day for us SAS representatives is fulfilling and dynamic. We handle multiple contacts throughout the day, each requiring our attention and expertise. While it can be challenging, the rewarding part is knowing that I've helped job seekers take steps toward securing stable employment. This role has taught me the importance of valuing and being grateful for the opportunities we have, as not everyone is qualified or able to get hired.
 
Looking toward the future, I aspire to become a Quality Analyst. I am eager to see how others handle their calls while following the correct processes, interact with the learning team, clients, and coaches, and continuously learn and improve from these experiences.
