How to Determine the Type of Delivery Methods Available on the Website
Follow these steps to become familiar with locating available delivery methods on the Ticketmaster website. Being familiar with these steps will allow you to clearly explain to fans how they can locate the information before placing their order.
Step 1 Fans will select the tickets desired and then click Next button to checkout. Step 2 Click Edit to view and select the available delivery methods. Step 3 Available delivery methods for the event will show, with overview of what the fan can expect to happen once the order is complete.
What if there is no delivery options? If the Event Organizer has delivery restrictions on their event, there will be no option to change the delivery.

How to Print Online Tickets
Become familiar with the fan journey to print their tickets online by following these steps.
STEP 1 fan must sign in to their ticketmaster account
Step 2 Click My Tickets and then search for the order. Step 3 Fans will then click Print Tickets.
How to Use Mobile Entry through...
Determine how the fan wants to access their Mobile Entry tickets to provide them with the correct steps to follow.
Web Browser 1.Open a web browser and go to ticketmaster.com.
2.Sign into your My Account.
3.Tap the circle in the top right and tap My Tickets.
4.Find your order and tap View Tickets to access your tickets.
5.Scan the barcode at the venue entrance, and you’re in!
Android 1.Open your Ticketmaster app.
2.Sign into your My Account.
3.Tap My Events and find your order.
4.Tap View Tickets to access your tickets.
5.Scan the barcode at the venue entrance, and you’re in!

Using a Digital Wallet
Encourage fans to download their tickets to their digital wallet before they leave for the event. This ensures that tickets can always be accessed, even during internet connectivity issues.
apple/ios Open the Ticketmaster app.
Sign in to the Ticketmaster Account.
Tap 'My Tickets' and locate the order.
Tap 'View Tickets' to access the tickets.
Select 'Add to Apple Wallet'.
android In the Ticketmaster account, tap on 'My Tickets' to locate the order.
Select the order to view the tickets.
Tap the 'Save to Google Pay' or 'GPay Save to Phone' button.
Eligibility for Delivery Method Changes
Expand each item below to learn about restrictions that might in place preventing fans from changing their ticket delivery method.
Resale Orders Resale (fan-to-fan) orders are not eligible for delivery method changes. The delivery method selected at purchase is final for these orders.
💡 Tip: Inform fans of this policy and offer guidance on how to access their tickets using the original delivery method.
Timing and Cutoff Windows There are specific timeframes when delivery method changes are allowed. You will not be able to change the delivery to USPS delivery if the event is less than 10-14 days away, as they may not receive the tickets on time for the event
Restrictions Some event organizers may limit or block delivery method changes for security or logistical reasons. If restrictions are in place, the fan must be advised that delivery cannot be changed.
💡Tip: Advise fans that some events or tickets have fixed delivery methods for security or logistical reasons.
