Thank you so much for patiently waiting. Upon checking on my end, the reason your account is still inactive is because you did not pass the additional verification checks.
To move forward, please return to the Dasher app or sign in at doordash.com/dasher/login. Look for the prompt to Request a Review to have your account looked at again. If the prompt doesn't appear immediately, try logging out and logging back in. Don't worry-it should show up soon. Additionally, your background check with Checkr is still in progress, which may also be affecting your account status. Once the background check is completed and your account passes verification, you'll be able to start making deliveries.
ACC INACTIVE AND DX WANT TO ADD VEHICLE POST ADVERSE
Thanks for your patience while I reviewed your account. As of now, your Dasher account appears to be inactive, which is why we’re unable to make updates to your vehicle or other account details while the account remains in this status.
To understand more about your current account status and the next steps, please check your email inbox and spam/junk folders for a message from DDChAANotices@doordash.com. The subject line should be: "Post-Adverse Action Notice - DoorDash" This email contains important information regarding the reason for your account status and what you can do next. If you did not receive this email, please note: Once a Post-Adverse Action Notice has been sent, DoorDash’s adjudication decision cannot be disputed through our support channels. However, if you believe the Checkr background report contains inaccurate information (e.g., the report is about someone else or includes incorrect details), you can dispute it directly with Checkr via the Checkr Candidate Portal. There, you can specify what you believe is incorrect and follow the steps to resolve it. I’ll also be sending you an email shortly with more information and helpful links to guide you through the next steps.
ACC INACTIVE AND DX WANT TO ADD VEHICLE PRE ADVERSE
Thanks for your patience while I reviewed your account. As of now, your Dasher account appears to be inactive, which means we’re unable to make updates to your vehicle or other account details while your account remains in this status. Based on the results from Checkr’s background check, we’re unable to proceed with the onboarding process at this time. You have 10 days from the date of the Pre-Adverse Action Notice to dispute the results. If you believe the findings in your Checkr report are inaccurate — for example, if the charge listed is not yours or the details are incorrect — you can dispute it directly through the Checkr Candidate Portal. Please specify what you believe is inaccurate and follow the steps provided. Checkr typically reviews disputes within 3 business days. If the report is accurate but you would like to dispute DoorDash’s decision or provide additional context, you may email checkr-review@doordash.com from the email address associated with your Dasher account. If we do not hear from you within the 10-day window, DoorDash will make a final decision based on the available information.
