PREP AND LABELING BY SELLER
Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support, We understand that you contacted us regarding a shipment where barcodes are reported as the received units has different barcodes than from the expected barcode.
After carefully reviewing your shipment, we confirmed that the prep and labeling of your shipment FBA188R0BCRK was managed by the "Merchant" . Hence, it was prepped by you.
Additionally regarding your request for the images of the units, kindly note that we are unable to grant this request because we don't have an option to contact the inbound team directly and request them to provide images.
Moving forward, we recommend you to acknowledge the shipment defect as we do not also have the capability to make interventions to shipments in case that the prep and labeling was managed by the sellers.

Incorrect labels cause processing errors and delays in receiving your shipment into inventory because of the mismatch of the product in hand and the listing in your inventory. When shipping inventory, please verify that all labels have correct SKU.
Note: Amazon reserves the right to re-label items at the merchant’s expense and dispose of items if the owner is unknown.
Not complying with FBA product preparation requirements, safety requirements, and product restrictions may result in refusal of inventory upon receipt at the Amazon fulfillment center, disposal of the inventory, denial of reimbursement claims or charging for unplanned services at the fulfillment center.
