Just a heads up, if the payment arrangement drops – your account is at risk for service interruptions.
Notes IF ACOUNT WAS SUSPENDED
Thank you for patiently waiting! As I check here, your total balance is $XX. You just have to make the minimum payment of $XX and create a new payment arrangement on the remaining balance. How does that sound?
Please note that what I provided is the minimum payment that you have to settle today to restore your service. Are you able to pay this amount today?
I completely understand not having the means to come up with a payment today. Of course, as soon as you can make the minimum payment of $114.86, your service will be resumed. I’d encourage making that payment as soon as possible to prevent the past due amount increasing any further.
That means, you'll just have to pay $87.02 which is the minimum payment required by the account and we'll wait for your current arrangement to expire. Once expired, you'll receive an SMS that lets you know you're ready to set up a new one to extend your payment. Sounds good?
I did a quick audit on your account and I do see here that we are now on XXth day of being past due. I would really love to help restoring your services, however, since we are now past the 30 days period, our system is no longer giving us the option to keep the services on. I would recommend to at least cover at least the oldest balance and bring the account up to 30 days past due only for our system to allow us set a new payment plan to restore your services which is the minimum payment of $XX. Is there any way we can settle this amount today so we can set up your arrangement for the remaining balance to restore and keep your services active?
I see we have made exceptions in the past by modifying the arrangement without paying the full past due balance. At this point, a minimum payment is required to secure your services and avoid interruptions.
IF ACCOUNT WAS ACTIVE
However, I did carefully check what we can work on and saw an opportunity to set up a new payment arrangement once your current arrangement expires.
I did a quick audit on your account and I do see here that we are now on 17th day of being past due. The good news is that I did carefully check what we can work on and saw an opportunity to set up a new payment arrangement once your current arrangement expires.
Alright. Once it expires, you can definitely set up a new one to be able to continue having your services.
You can refer to these steps:
- Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
- Select View Bill .
- Click Set up a Payment Arrangement
Is there anything that I could clarify regarding the payment arrangement?
SETUP PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT Would you like me to set it up for you? Just a heads up though there's a $10 assisted support fee. But you can avoid that fee with just using your T-Mobile App! Just follow these steps to set it up:
Open the app and tap BILL.
Tap Set up a Payment Arrangement.
Tap Continue and view the Amount.
Tap Payment Method.
Follow the prompt until you click Agree and Submit.

ADVISEMENT FOR THE RESTORE FEE Aside from your original due date, setting up for a payment arrangement is our way to help extend the payment on some other time. Just a heads up, missing the due date for the payment arrangement would have a restore fee to pay to be able to make the services active again. Is there any way that you can pay the $XX at least until the XXrd?
*48 hours grace period
ADVISEMENTS ABOUT THE PA
We genuinely value your relationship with T-Mobile. Unfortunately, at present, your account has been past due for so long that it is not eligible for a Payment Arrangement. Would you like me to see how much you need to pay today to become eligible for that arrangement?
Thank you for confirming that John. Just to set your expectations, restore fees are valid charges if your account has been suspended due to non-payment. The minimum payment that you need to settle is $230.93. Once you settled this, you will be able to set up a new payment arrangement to restore the services. Do you have any further questions regarding your account?
We understand the importance of extending the past due period, but unfortunately, we are unable to modify the existing payment arrangement once it has been set up.
It's important to note that there may be a partial suspension of service due to the original arrangement not being fulfilled on time.
ADVISEMENT IF THE CUSTOMER MADE AN EARLY PAYMENT I'm back, Tamia! I was able to run around in here and noticed that you were able to make an early payment for your payment arrangement. A gentle reminder that Payment Arrangement can't determine early payments. We recommend to make a payment for it on its exact date. But nothing to worry because we were able to receive your payment and it has been deducted on the entire account. Cool?
SUSPENSION
I absolutely understand the situation. I took the liberty of checking the account and if ever we may fail paying the account right now, your outgoing services and data will be impacted but the Incoming calls, text will still be intact. At this moment, it would be best to connect to a Wi-Fi either at home or if you can connect to a public Wi-Fi to use data. You can also use some third-party applications like Messenger, WhatsApp, or Hangouts to send a message since those applications can be used via Wi-Fi. Then, once you have enough funds to take care of the account, you can start making the payment. We can check other option on how we can help you manage your bill in the future.
