BILL REMINDERS

To set up bill reminders, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to My T-Mobile as the Primary Account Holder.
  2. Navigate to Bill & pay from the homepage or the navigation menu.
  3. Select Paperless Billing under the billing options.
  4. Choose your preferred delivery method for the paperless bill: Email Text message
  5. Agree & Submit your preferences.
