And my work experience I previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at Harry and David 

For my educational background I am senior highschool graduated from the national teachers college. 

My hobbies i do love watching random videos on tiktok and my interest right now is go to a nature trip.    I was looking for a moment of peace and to see a foggy morning 

As for my special talent i have a passion for dancing 



The reason why i’m attending this session to know more about Harry and David and to better understand how to be more empathetic toward our customers. While I already have some knowledge, but I believe that as long as you are willing to learn it become much easier to improve our skills and provide a better customer experience.
