SHIPIT-APO- sENDING PACKAGES TO MILITARY PERSONAL STATIONED OVERSEAS THROUGH SHIPIT-APO. ShipitAPO is a shipping service designed specifically for sending packages to APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses. These are special military and diplomatic mail destinations used by U.S. service members and government personnel stationed overseas.

STANDARD
-delivery within 3-5 business daya, ,M-F, cut off 2:30 pm eastern/ML for same day processing.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
-delivery in 2-3 business day, M-F cut off 2:30 pm est/manila for same day processing -these services provide delivery by 10:30am local time to most US addresses.
PRIORITY
-delivery in 1-2 business days, M-F. -Shipping depending on the 2:30 eastyern/ML cut-off for same day processing -some remore addresses may not received them until 5pm local time
SATURDAY- this shipping method is not currently available. shipping for heavy products- orders that weigh over 100 lbs will not show express or priority delivery options.

step1: have the customer log into hp.com store account, email and paypal account while on the phone or chat 2: select paypal account 3: complete trasanction as normal it will go on pending status 4: click the link and it will routed to their paypal account, they will select a form of payment. 5: enter email 6: they need to approved the transaction. need to approved all the blue scripting. terms and condition to completely place or finalize the order.

What are the financing types we offer? -HP Credit Account (Bread Financial): line of credit, revolving, note: no physical "credit card" is sent -HP Financing Account (Concora Credit): line of credit, revolving, note: no physical "credit card" is sent -HP Lease-to-Own (Koalafi): lease of the product, NOTE: the customer does not own the product until their loan is paid in full. Koalafi is the customer of record until that point.
Why are these not valid approaches?
Answer: Because we should have (must have) already told the customer about HP Financing and so it’s already introduced and in their mind for consideration. Simple script: “Did you know that we now offer HP Financing as a great payment option and can I tell you more?” “While I’m looking that up, did you know that we are now offering financing at the HP Store? You may qualify for one of our deferred interest options. Can I tell you more?”
Now, if the customer initially said “no, thanks, I just called/chatted for this or that” and then later they have an objection, that is a perfectly reasonable time to bring HP Financing back up. “I mentioned about HP Financing before – maybe applying for it would give you a little more flexibility to get the laptop/desktop you really need. I would love to tell you more about it.”
