- AT&T customers with locked devices<br>- Business customers with less than 13 total voice lines

*How to Qualify
- Buy an eligible phone on EIP<br>- Activate a new voice line of service on any rate plan<br>- Port-in an eligible number<br>- Trade-in eligible phone associated with the open device payment plan or ETF
