CHECK FIRST IF THEY ALREADY REQUESTED: MEMO>SEARCH: COR
Gotcha, X! Would you like me to process the Change of Responsibility for you?
Here's how it works. With your permission, we will release the lines from your account. After released, you need to contact our Customer Care: 1-800-937-8997 to complete this process. Sounds like a plan?
DISCLOSURE to Customer PAH: [Insert Billing Name], you agree to allow T-Mobile to transfer your number ending in (Insert last four of Mobile Number) to a new customer and for us to discuss this transfer with them. Again, you will remain responsible for the mobile number and all charges on your account until the COR is complete. If the transfer of this number results in your account being cancelled, any outstanding EIP balance that is not transferred will be reflected on your final bill and must be paid in full (email address of existing customer for transfer). If you have Autopay set up, the EIP charges will be included in the total amount on the final bill which will be charged to the card on file.
What we can do here is, with your permission, we will release their line/s from your account, then once released, to complete this process, you need to call our Customer Care because only you can request it since you are the account owner/Primary Account Holder, then kindly tell the Customer Care rep about (other person's) account number and it will be transferred to his account and just to set your expectation, you will remain responsible for the mobile number and all charges on your account until the COR is complete.
May I know your thoughts about this please?
