STEPS TO ACTIVATE MICROSOFT OFFICE

Make sure that copies for Windows is activated. * Launch any Office app from the app list, or by typing “word” on the search bar. * To start with the activation process, sign in with your Microsoft Account. (If no Microsoft Account yet, create one and sign in). (setup.office.com) * (Sign in using the Email address used to set up the WINDOWS) * Click on the activate option when it pops up. * When web browser windows appear, sign in with your Microsoft Account and follow the next activation prompts. * Follow and complete the instructions (steps 1, 2 and 3 of the activation process) * Once Office is ready, open office app click on the refresh icon. * Open a new document or existing document and click on “ACCEPT” on the license agreement. pagawa mo yan If the activation will not go thru, if it only has the option to “Try Microsoft Office 365, Buy or Enter the Product Key”, obtain the WINDOWS PRODUCT ID and submit a Case Manager request. TO GET THE WINDOWS PRODUCT ID * Have the customer type CONTROL PANEL on the search box. * Click on the SYSTEM AND SECURITY tab. * Click on SYSTEM tab. * Have the customer scroll down to the bottom of the page. Below the Windows is Activated is the WINDOWS PRODUCT ID. (Under Device Specification is the WINDOWS PRODUCT ID) WINDOWS PRODUCT ID should look like this: 00XXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-AAOEM.
