Thank you and reviewing your chat with Stephen seems like he was able to work a few things for you and have the arrangement deleted, any chance we can wait until later today for his help?

We understand that it's not possible now. We just don't want you as well to be burden w/ restore fee piling up, since unless we settle the minimum, service may be suspended again.
It only says here that our account may be suspended any time once there's a past due balance in the account, if that happened, a $20+ restore per line may be added in the next bill cycle so we are encouraging you to settle this as early as you can. We are also looking forward to it as we don't want you to experience partial interruptions on your phone service.
I don't want you to feel that I am pushing you with paying the minimum since you're currently trying to catch up with bills until XXX, it's just that as much as we want to, payment of minimum is needed. This way, we'll be able to set up a new arrangement to secure the account.
Alternatively, If you have an option to make a payment little by little we can use to make a payment in this way we can lower down your past due balance.
Please don't hesitate to ask any quesitons, okay?
----------- PA Advisements ------------
Thank you so much for waiting, Veronica. Please be advised that once a payment arrangement has been set up, it can only be edited / modified within the first 24 hours from creation.
And also checking here, your Account is 31+ days past due now.
Accounts that are over 31+ days due are ineligible for setting up a new payment arrangement on the account & will be required to make a minimum payment for the balance over 31+ days to be eligible for setting up a new arrangeemnt.
Good thing is , if you can settle at least the minimum , you will have options to set up a new one once the old one will be removed by the system.
May I know your thougts about this?
