OFFLINE NOTEPAD: TYPE HERE
As per seeing here, you are eligible to set up a payment arrangement.
As for the restoration fees, I am actually processing the request now to remove the restoration fees. For the meantime, for us to fully restore and secure your services, all you have to do is to set up the arrangement. I will get back to you after 48 hours to update you about the approval of the request. Will that work with you?
And I would love to know if there's anything else aside from this?
And may I please know if there's anything else aside from this?
May I please know if there's anything else that we can help you out with, specifically on your bill, account or services?
Kindly do let me know if you have any clarification on this. Thanks
Thanks for giving additional information, Tammy.
Thanks for patiently waiting! As per careful review, both of them are 30-month installments. You are receiving a $33.34 credit monthly for the line 9262 while for the line 1612 you are receiving a $17.17 credit due to the promotions you took advantage last 2021. We really have that 30-month installment program, just like your two devices.
Balance installments:
line 9262: $76.56 line 1612: $51.40
Thanks for patiently waiting! As I've checked here, what really happened was your last payment was on 02/02/2024, then 5 days ago the previous rep said we are unable to edit at this time about your payment arrangement, that was why you have a past due balance then your new generated bill came out. May I know if this is clear so far?
Thanks for patiently waiting! As per careful review, since your account is more than a month and your service got interrupted due to nonpayment on the account. I tried many times to set up a payment arrangement in our end, it's just that the system won't let me. It requires that you need to pay first for you to be eligible to set up a payment arrangement to have further extension. We highly suggest for you to settle the payment as soon possible. Thanks for your kind understanding, Leauna.
May I know your thoughts about this please?
Thanks for patiently waiting! As per careful review
May I please know which one is supposed not to be here?
As much as I would love to give you the exact date for it, we really don't have access to know/see it. We highly suggest to settle at least the minimum payment as soon as possible to keep the service active and it will also allow you to create a payment arrangement once the minimum payment is no longer on the account.

Thanks for patiently waiting,
Thanks for being honest with me,
Hi there. I just want to let you know that I am still here with you. Please bear with me as I am still checking about this for you. Thank you so much.
Thank you for letting us know about your concern today, Amirah. It seems that you need help with restoring your service. As per checking, your account got suspended due to nonpayment, since it detected that there's no payment made, the system automatically disconnect your service.
And for checking as well, you have 30+ days past due balance on the account amounting to $563.78 and a minimum payment of $325.93. For you to be able to set up a payment arrangement to restore your service and secure it, the system is requiring you to at least settle the minimum payment (even with 30+ days past due). May I please know when you would be able to settle it?
Thanks for confirming. The tablet devices are indeed free, however, for it to be free, you need to add a line for it. You are just being charged for $15 for each tablet line with the promotions.
Without the promotions you are going to be charged for $65 for the tablet line and $11.50 for the tablet device.
Kindly do let me know if you have any questions. Thank you
We appreciate that confirmation. I can guarantee that your data and text are unlimited, while call is $0.25/minute. Rest assured that you can use your data using those apps. If you need more data, don't hesitate to reach back to us anytime. Sounds like a plan?
We do apologize for this, Karina. As per checking your account, your account got suspended due to nonpayment for your arrangement. The suspension is system generated and we cannot determine when the exact suspension happens.
Just for formality or to follow the process, I hope it is fine asking but do you have any amount that you can settle today at least the minimum payment of $90.88 to lower down the bill?
Also, I just want to be transparent with that every 31+ days past due balance on the account, the system requires the customer to pay at least the minimum payment so that the account can be restored by setting up a payment arrangement afterwards.
And seeing here, your account is 31+ days past due now, so it has a minimum payment of $90.88 that we need to settle first for you to be able to restore your service. Would you be able to pay today the $60 then I will cover the remaining minimum payment?
Thanks for patiently waiting, Tica. As per careful review, the one we made today, which is restoring your service with covered restoration fees, meaning you are not being charged for restoring your service today.
However, when the previous representative restores your service last April 15th as a one-time courtesy, the previous representative only restored your service and the restoration fees, please do be advised that once the account is suspended (it is system generated and we cannot determine when the exact suspension happens) and got restored, there's a valid charge for restoration fees ( suspension is always subject for restoration fee of $20/line + taxes , capped at 3 lines)
Please do let me know if you have any questions about this one or if you need further assistance, please don't hesitate. Thank you
Thank you for your cooperation here, Alexis. The best recommendation we could make is to leave the arrangement as is.
Please be advised that we can only make changes to the set-up arrangement within 24 hours of creation, especially since there is a past due balance on the account, deleting the payment plan might put your account to automatic suspension and we do not want that to happen.
Yet the good thing is that you can definitely set up a new arrangement once this is removed automatically by the system, and to make sure that you set up a new one as soon as possible, you can also check your account after your arrangement date.
Once removed by the system, you can definitely set up a new one to secure the account moving forward. Sounds like a plan?
Thanks for letting us know your concern for today, and we appreciate you for catching up with your bill, Paul. If I got it correctly, you need more time to settle your bill, correct?
Thank you for your cooperation. As per careful review, your account is on 31+ days past due amounting to $253.62 and then since it is 31+ days past due, automatically there's gonna be a minimum payment that needs to be settled first, right now you have a minimum payment amount of $91.08.
Please be advised that we can only make changes to the set-up arrangement within 24 hours of creation, especially since there is a past due balance on the account, deleting the payment plan might put your account to automatic suspension and we do not want that to happen.
On top of payment arrangement, the system gives further extension for our customers to settle the bill. The best recommendation we could make is to leave the arrangement as is. We highly suggest to settle at least the minimum payment as soon as you can so that once the active arrangement automatically removed by the system, you have an option to set up a new payment arrangement, it will also restore your service.
Clear so far? If you have any other questions or need further help, please don't hesitate to ask.
Thanks for patiently waiting. The payment arrangement amounts are fixed and cannot be edited once it is set up. Every account with 31+ days past due balance is subject for minimum payment that needs to be settle first, for the system to allow you to set up a new arrangement once the active one (payment arrangement) falls off.
If the active one falls off and you cannot settle the minimum payment of $91.08, the system will not allow you to have an option to set a new payment arrangement.
Once you settle that minimum payment, it will be deducted directly to your account total balance.
Please do let us know if you have further questions about this one. I'd be more than willing to assist you further
We appreciate you for patiently waiting, Royal. As much as I would love to, I double checked here that we are unable to get your request. On the other hand, you can just contact your bank institution about the payment history that you made for your bill.
Kindly do let me know if you have any clarification on this. Thanks
Thank you so much for patiently waiting. Here's the payment you made within this year:
Month of January 01/02/2024 -$139.54 01/24/2024 -$427.47
Month of February 02/22/2024 -$186.70
Month of March 03/05/2024 -$186.70
Month of April 04/04/2024 -$295.32 04/14/2024 $295.32 (Payment Backout)
Thanks for patiently waiting. We do understand that you need an extension to pay your bill. No worries, you are eligible to set up a payment arrangement on the account, however, it will automatically remove your AutoPay. Are you good with this?
Thank you for that additional information, Jason. I just double checked it here that we don't have a service when our customers are in cruise or airplane. We highly suggest if the cruise ship have Wi-Fi, you can just connect to it to prevent extra charges on the account.
Kindly do let me know if you have any clarification on this. Thanks
You're welcome, Maria.
Thanks for patiently waiting and for being honest with me. I just want to be honest with you as well. Just to set your expectation, all accounts that are less than 30 days past due are still eligible for setting up an arrangement.
Once the account is 31+ days past due, it is at risk and the system is requiring a minimum payment to be settled for you to be able to set up an arrangement again.
As I coordinate this with my higher support, restoring your account will only last for few days and not until Tuesday.
I just want you to know as well that your account is on 31+ days past due and you have a minimum payment amount of $425.92. Once at least that amount is settled, that's the time you can set up a payment arrangement on the account, but we cannot guarantee when the possible interruption kicks in due to nonpayment for it today.
To set your expectation, since this will only be for few days, you will definitely get interrupted again and will incur another restoration fee that will add up to your current balance and we want to prevent your bill on getting high.
The only thing that will fully secure your service is by setting a payment arrangement. I understand that we cannot make the $425.92 today. Since we are unable to restore your account, to extend my help, I am more than willing to give you $30 credit as a one-time courtesy to help you lower down your bill. Once it is applied, you will only have $395.92 minimum payment to be settled.
Are we good with this?
As I coordinate this with my higher support, restoring your account will only last for few days and not until
We totally understand where you are coming from, Javier. We cannot determine the exact date, but what I can guarantee you that it will be
Thanks for patiently waiting, Tara. Here's the comparison between Magenta Max First Responder and T-Mobile 4 for $100 plan:
Magenta Max First Responder Talk & Text: Unlimited High-Speed Data: Unlimited data on our 5G & 4G LTE network. 5G access with compatible device & coverage area. Premium Data: Unlimited Premium Data (won't be prioritized lower because of data usage) Mobile Hotspot: 40GB of high-speed mobile hotspot data included. Unlimited mobile hotspot data at max 3G speeds after 40GB
While T-Mobile 4 for $100 plan: Talk & Text: Unlimited High-Speed Data: Unlimited data on our 5G & 4G LTE network. 5G access with compatible device & coverage area. Premium Data:During congestion, you may notice slower speeds than Magenta customers. If you use more than 50GB in a month, you will notice further reduced speeds, as all on-on-network data used counts towards data prioritization. Mobile Hotspot: Unlimited mobile hotspot data at max 3G speeds.
Thanks for patiently waiting. As per checking here, your account is suspended due to nonpayment. The system needs you to settle at least the past due balance, which is the $101.10. I really love to help you have a working service again. By any chance, would you be able to settle the $80 today while we are chatting then I will cover $21.10?
Thanks for patiently waiting, Joanne. As per checking here, your account got suspended due to failed payment arrangement.
Additionally, if you are also looking for iPad promo, we have here Apple: $230 off iPad with New 5GB+ Line

Would you like to know more?
Thanks for patiently waiting
Actually, Chandra, we cannot guarantee that making a payment on May 10th will keep your account active as the suspension is system generated and we are unable to determine when the exact date it will occur. What we can guarantee you that as long as you have your active arrangement on the account, your service is secure and if in any case that it get interrupted, you can reach back to us anytime.
We just highly suggest settling at least the $149.74 as soon as possible to secure your service.
I just want to be more honest with you as well. Just to set your expectation, all accounts that are less than 30 days past due are still eligible for setting up an arrangement.
Once the account is 31+ days past due, it is at risk and the system is requiring a minimum payment to be settled for you to be able to set up an arrangement again.
I just want you to know as well that your account is on 31+ days past due and you have a minimum payment amount of $103.84. Once at least that amount is settled, and once the active arrangement is removed automatically by the system, that's the time you can set up a payment arrangement on the account

Thanks for confirming. And it saddens us to know that you are considering switching to other carrier.
As per checking that you still have 3 payments left for the Samsung fold. Once your account balance is paid off, that's the time that you can switch. Clear so far? If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask

Thanks for patiently waiting, Laurie. As per careful review, since last year October 2023, you have been getting a valid charge for restoration fees and late payment fees on the account. They filed up until this current bill that's why you have a high bill monthly.
Please do let me know if you have any questions or if I missed something, don't hesitate to ask
Thanks for patiently waiting, Erik. Normally, your bill is around $620-$630/monthly. Plan: $185.68 + past due $312.92 = $624.20.
When the damaged device process happened, your bill increased (past due balance) for 3 months due to it.
For 1/25/2024-2/24/2024 bill: Past due balance: $1169.92 Plan: $185.68 Total: $1524.91
2/25/2024-3/24/2024 bill: Past due balance: $1257.44 Plan: $185.68 Total: $1692.57
While for bill period: 3/25/2024-4/24/2024 it got lowered due to the adjustment from the Assurant applied on your account.
Supposed you had a $1382.57 past due but due to the adjustment applied which is the -$798.08, your total bill is only $887.88
Past due balance original for this period: $1382.57 Plan: $185.68 Less: $798.08
Total: $887.88
Please do let me know if you have any questions or if I missed something, don't hesitate to ask
Thanks for patiently waiting, Kiante. As per review, we noticed that you still have your current arrangement on the account.
On top of payment arrangement, the system gives further extension for our customers to settle the bill. I understand that having services is important. The best recommendation we could make is to leave the arrangement as is.
Since it is tagged as rejected, it is still considered as active, and it is securing your account. You can just make a manual payment tomorrow. May we confirm, you are going to pay for your 1st arrangement amount which is $37.36, correct?
Thanks for waiting, our Watch Ultra 2 is $799.99 you will receive $250 off (discount divided into 24mos.)

Total: $236.61

I hope I explain them clearly to ease your confusion, Deiby. Please do let me know if you have further questions. Thank you
We appreciate you for letting us know your concern, Adrian. Let me just pull up your account to see further details. Would that be fine?
Thanks for patiently waiting, Adrian. We appreciate your payment as well last 05/06 for $170. As per checking here, your account got suspended due to failed payment arrangement.
I just want you to know as well that your account is on 31+ days past due of $370.08 and you have a minimum payment amount of $42.20. Once at least that amount is settled, that's the time you can set up a payment arrangement on the account, but we cannot guarantee when the possible interruption kicks in due to nonpayment for it today.
Clear so far? If you have any other questions or need further help, don't hesitate to ask.
Thank you for your kind understanding. Your feelings are valid. And I tried restoring your service, however, the system won't let me due to the minimum payment amount $236.50 that needs to be settled first. Once it is settled, the system will give you an option to set up a new payment arrangement and once it is set, it will also make your service active.
By any chance, would you be able to settle at least the minimum payment of $236.50 today?
Thanks for being honest with us, Stephanie. I just want to be honest with you as well.
What we highly suggest is settle at least the minimum payment as soon as you can. Please let me know if you have any questions or clarifications. Thank you
Thank you for patiently waiting, Tan. As per checking here, your account is suspended due to failed payment arrangement. Since the account is on 31+ days past due now, the system automatically suspends the account ad automatically it has a minimum payment needs to be settled for the system to give us an option to set a new payment arrangement on the account, once set, it will also make your service active.
The only thing that will fully secure your service is by setting a payment arrangement. I understand that we cannot make the $81.36 today but by any chance can you work at least $60 and we will check what we can do with the remaining balance?
Okay. I will get one in midnight and one in pink
Kaleb ryan 14090 English parrot rd Brooksville Florida 34614
Normally, the unlock is eligible if the device is paid off. But since you are Military, we can request this, just to confirm is this about military purposes?
Thank you so much for all of your efforts, Allison. To extend my help, I can make your
Thanks for patiently waiting. You are referring to our AutoPay discount up to 8 lines, is that correct?
Thank you for patiently waiting. We absolutely understand needing some additional time to pay. As per checking here, you have an active arrangement on the account, it is considered active even with the tagged rejected. On top of payment arrangement, the system gives an extension to settle the bill. The best recommendation we could make is to leave the arrangement as is
Just for documentation purposes, could you tell us when you would be able to settle the past due balance of $237.65 on your account, please?
We totally understand where you are coming from, Pat, and we highly appreciate you for being loyal with us for 20+ years. It's just that, we are unable to check it in our end and we want this to be resolve right away for you, we recommend contacting our Customer Care at 1-800-937-8997 since they have the resources to fully check your request for today.
We hope for your utmost understanding about this one.
We appreciate you for letting us know about this concern, Kodrecka.
We do appreciate you for making an advanced payment for your 1st arrangement. Please do be advised that once it is set up, we can no longer reset/edit it unless we paid the whole past due balance on the account. Don't make payment(s) early or with an alternate method if your payment arrangement is set up with a Future Dated Payment. This may cause your payment not to be recognized by the system as fulfilling your arrangement, and they may cause duplicate payments, overpayments, added fees, and possible suspension of service
Thank you for waiting.
We totally understand your situation and I tried restoring your service, however, it won't let me. The system really needs us to make a payment for minimum amount of $332.18 once it is $0, the system will allow us to give an option to set a payment arrangement to have further dates and to make the service active as well.
We totally understand where you are coming from, and we appreciate you for being honest with us. I also tried restoring your service, however, the system won't allow me. It needs your account to have a $0 minimum payment. Then it will also give us an option to set up a new payment arrangement to have further dates and make the service active as well.
As per careful review as well.
Thank you for sharing that with us. However, we've exhausted our resources and looked for more possible options to help you. And as much as we wanted to restore your services, we are unable to do so due to the restrictions of the account based on the policy such as past due balances, Keaira. We just don't want you to be caught up with high bill
However, I assured you that you will still receive calls, text and 911 calls even if the lines are suspended.
Thank you for waiting. I was able to check that your two-installments tagged as rejected but they are still considered as active. On top of payment arrangement, the system gives an extension to settle the bill. The best recommendation we could make is to leave the arrangement as is
You have an option to reset the whole arrangement by making a payment of $151.24 for your whole past due balance. Would you be able to settle it today, Crystal?
Thank you for patiently waiting. Since we weren't able to settle the whole 1st installment amount, your account might be at risk for system generated suspension and as much as I would love to know exactly when this gonna happen, we don't access for this. For now, your account is safe as long as your payment arrangement is still active on the account.
To prevent an interruption in service and additional fees being charged to the account, we would need to settle the past due balance of $151.24 as soon as possible to secure the service.
In cases, that we weren't able to process the payment, keep checking the account via T-Mobile app or website to see if you will be allowed to set up a new arrangement. Clear so far? Please do let me know if you have any questions or clarifications
We appreciate your kind understanding about this matter, Ed. And I'm afraid that there's no new code for claiming this rebate based on Amazon. However, I will fulfill my credit offer for you. To extend my help, I will inform you after I did apply the credit and how much the remaining that you should expect until we applied the total of $300 on the account.
We totally understand the eagerness to get this resolved. No worries, as soon as the available Tech Expert is ready to take the call, rest assured that they can execute advanced troubleshooting with your accessing account concern.
Thank you for confirming. Since you did change it just now, automatically on your bill statement next bill cycle (after this current bill), it will reflect your new billing address moving forward.
Clear so far? Let us know if you have any clarifications or questions.
Good question. Normally your bill is always generated here in our system every 15th of the month. Since your close date is every 14th, you will receive it around 18th of the month
I tried removing your payment arrangement, however, the system won't let me. It needs to have $0 past due balance. The other option you have is if you can make your account $0 past due balance (by paying $254.56) today, the system will allow us to reset your arrangement into a new one with further dates.
Kindly do let me know if you have any clarification on this. Thanks
Got it! And the color please?

I appreciate you for being patience here, Robert. As per careful review, the estimated ship date is 04/10/2024 - 04/15/2024 any day within that timeframe the UPS will pick it up then that's the time the shipping method that you paid to receive it as soon as possible. Since you did pay for the shipping fee, we will cover it for you, the $14.99 today.
About due date question (which is assigned based on the close date that was assigned when the account is created). Your account is suspended due to the system detected that you haven't make a payment yet on the account.
If the customer is new, the system requires our customer to make a payment for their full past due balance. Once they pay the past due balance (for you it is $205.42 past due amount), that's the time that the account can be restored, once they set up a payment arrangement on the account.
Clear so far? Please don't hesitate if you have any questions/need clarifications
For your future reference, you can do a rate plan change into Go5G plan for 2 lines it cost $140. It will save you $20, since you are paying for 2 lines for $160 for your current plan. You won't lose the promotion as well.
Thanks for patiently waiting and for letting me review your account, Carlos.
As per review, we noticed that you still have your current arrangement on the account. It keeps your account active.
Thanks for patiently waiting, Robert. If you are planning to add more data hotspot:
Since you have 50GB on your rate plan, the add-ons will just give you additional data
- Go5G PlusUp w/ 60GB hotspot: $25 (you will get additional 10GB)
- Go5G PlusUp w/ 100GB hotspot: $50 (you will get additional 50GB)
You can only add one option above
We totally understand where you are coming from, Kaleea. We're so sorry to hear that.

Thanks for patiently waiting, Chris. As per careful review, you are right, your bill should be around $200, however, since you haven't verified on time the first responder, your rate plan switched back to normal Magenta plan, that's the reason why you got an increase bill.
On the brighter side, since I am seeing here that your plan is now Magenta 1st Responder, rest assured that moving forward your bill will be back to normal.
Kindly do let me know if you have any clarification on this. Thanks
Thanks for patiently waiting. As per checking, you have 3 active lines on the account. 1 for iPhone 13, 1 for your watch and 1 for your iPad. Then you have a one watch line that is recently suspended, moving forward, you will be just charged for this for only $10

Clear so far? Kindly do let me know if you have any clarification on this. Thank you
Thanks for waiting. We totally understand needing some time to pay. As per reviewing your account you have 31+ days past due and when the account is not less than 30 days past due, automatically the system will require a minimum payment to settle at least to restore a service.
If you don't mind me asking, may I please know when you would be able to settle at least the minimum payment?
Thanks for being honest with us. I tried as well restoring your service without a payment many times however, there's something popping up and it is the minimum payment of $87.09 that needs to be settled first before we can make the new payment arrangement to have further dates and the account to be active again.
Thanks for patiently waiting, Bailda. I tried checking the information you just gave to us, however, there's no result or information regarding this.

Thank you for that information, Amanda. I was able to see that the account was requested to be extended. However, the arrangement has fallen off before the request to be approved on which caused the interruption. No worries, the great thing is that, once we set up the arrangement, the account will be fully secure from any interruption and what's better is that your service will be reconnected immediately.
May I know if you want to proceed on setting up the payment arrangement?
Regarding the fees, I understand your concern about this and to help you out, I can cover 50% of the restoration fees amounting to $20 today. May I know if you would like to proceed with the $20 today and after we can set up the payment arrangement?
We totally understand where you are coming from, Domingo. To be more honest with you, we cannot determine the possible interruption on the account, it is system generated as well.
The brighter side is you can definitely set up an arrangement today. To extend my help, I will make an adjustment on your account for $20
Hi there, Saroj. I am still here with you. Almost done checking. I highly appreciate your patience
Thank you for patiently waiting. As per checking here, you always receive an adjustment due to your device promotion credits from two devices after your bill is generated. Your two devices (iPhone 15 Pro to the line 8180 and iPhone 13 to the line 7011) are now paid off! Congratulations! They are yours now. And please do be advised that this is the last time you will receive the promotion credits for them and moving forward your bill will be adjusted.

To answer your question, if your line had a promotional credit within 24months, it should stay that way, meaning, within 24mos of promotion period, the line needs to stay active. Once it is cancelled, you will lose the promotion credit and you will be charged for original cost.

Thank you for waiting. As per checking here, you are definitely right. The 1st arrangement is being processed, unable to edit at this time.
Just to verify, is the payment method have sufficient funds?

If you are planning to make a manual payment, that will work as well. If in any case you get charged twice, no worries, we can file a refund for it.

I should be the one saying thank you for staying connected. Cody.
Thanks for patiently waiting. As per checking here, you updated recently your AutoPay, meaning the system tried to collect from your previous card on file but since you recently updated it, and the system haven't collected any, that's the reason why you got suspended. On the brighter side, we can restore your service here.
May I kindly know if you have any questions?
Thank you. May I please know what were you trying to do when the issue occurred?
Yes, that's correct. You will receive a new replacement for your 6x Pro.

Good question, Kristie. Your service will remain active as long as there's a payment arrangement in your account. Then once your payment arrangement is automatically removed by the system, you can create a new one in order to extend your payment and secure your service. Sounds like a plan?
tricky:
That's a good point. Your service will remain active as there's a payment arrangement and payment on your account. Then once your payment arrangement is automatically removed by the system, you can create a new one in order to extend your payment and secure your service.

Thanks for confirming and patiently waiting! Good news! As per careful review, your company is eligible for our work perks discount and you are one step away to be eligible as well, all you have to do is do a rate plan change into the eligible one.
Right now, you have Magenta MAX plan, you must be on or transition to a Go5G Plus plan or Go5G Next plan. Once we change your rate plan into Go5G Plus plan or Go5G Next plan, I can guarantee you that you will be able to take advantage of our discount!
Would you like to do a rate plan change today, Adriane?
You are paying for 2 voices line: $140 w/ AutoPay / $150 Regular
If you switch to Go5G Plus plan for 2 lines: $150 w/ AutoPay / $160 Regular
While if you switch to Go5G Next for 2 lines: $170 w/ AutoPay / $180 Regular
Thank you for patiently waiting, Krista. Upon careful review, you have two (2) orders. The order that you need to refuse is the first order, the S146232622 order number, and once the device that you will refuse has been return to us completely, that's the time that you will receive the refund.
The order number S146233884 that you will receive today, that's the one that you need to keep.
Kindly do let me know if you have any clarification on this. Thanks
We totally understand where you are coming from, Jaime. Yeah, due to the back out payment, your account got at risk. We highly suggest contacting your bank institution about this matter for further investigation.
Once our system didn't collect any payment on the payment method, automatically the payment arrangement will be tagged as failed and after a few days, it will fall off then there's a possibility the service will be interrupted.
We apologize if this caused you inconvenience.
We do appreciate you here
I should be the one saying thank you for your kindest understanding about this matter. We just wanted to make sure that we also set proper expectations to prevent this from happening again and not be caught up with extra charges in the future.
May I kindly know if is there anything else that I can extend a help for you?
Oh, thank you for that additional information, Richard. Just to set your proper expectation, once the order has been placed, we can no longer modified the details about the order unless there's an option for cancel order, if the cancel order is still possible to take advantage, that's the time we can cancel it, then we will re-process the order.
Let me just go ahead and check if the cancel order option is still available, would that be okay?

Thank you so much for that confirmation. I am now able to submit the line release!
As per carefully checking here you have a current payment arrangement set up on your account (1st: 05/26/2024 for $37.00 and 2nd installment is 06/09/2024 $146.86) and it is tagged as rejected. But on the brighter side, since you did make a manual payment you have nothing to worry about. You can just make a manual payment on the 2nd arrangement on your account, on or before 06/092024
The best recommendation we could make is to leave the arrangement as is. When you miss the arrangement it doesn't necessarily mean that it will fail right away. If you can settle the arrangement before it fails it will still count towards the agreement and let you continue the arrangement.
That's a good question, Tamara. Since it is

Based in my resources, you still have Netflix feature here and you guys are not being charged for it because it is included with your Magenta Plus plan!
We highly suggest coordinating about this with the primary account holder line so that they can give you access to stream Netflix on your device. Just please do be advised that the limit is 2 screens/two devices at once can stream it.
Sounds like a plan?

Then if you will pay off the device, the total balance of the device is $829.99. Then moving forward, your bill will be from $253.46, down to $218.87.
The promotion credit you are receiving for the iPhone 15 is $31.25/24-month credits. You will still receive this monthly even the device is paid off fully today. As long as you won't remove the line ending in 3858
If the device is paid off let's say today, your total bill of $218.87 - $31.25 = $187.62
Aside from the device balance inquiry and your estimated bill in the future, may I kindly know if is there anything else that I can extend a help for you?

We totally understand where you are coming from and as much as I would love to, as per double checking here for options, we really are unable to email your receipt. On the other hand, you can follow the steps above to download it and you can also print it as well.
I totally understand the eagerness to get the receipt copy, however, the steps we gave above is the only way on how to get it. And we are unable to send via email
We hope for your kind understanding about this one, Blaine.
May I kindly know if is there anything else that I can extend a help for you?
Max estimated trade-in value is up to $95.00 for your iPhone 11
iPhone 14 Memory: 128GB Full retail price: $729.99
Colors available: Red, Blue, Midnight, Purple, Pink, Starlight, Yellow
The reason why you had a less bill from previous bill, you received a $60 credit that time. Then your iPhone 11, you paid it off early that was why you still receiving the promo credits for it until it reached the 24 of 24 (24 months credit) promo credit. The promotion ended from your previous bill. Then your recent bill you are now being charged for normal charges for it.
Are you aware of that?
I tried removing your active arrangement however, the system won't let me unless the past due balances are paid off.
The best recommendation we could make is to leave the arrangement as is. When you miss the arrangement it doesn't necessarily mean that it will fail right away. If you can settle the arrangement before it fails it will still count towards the agreement and let you continue the arrangement.
Thanks for patiently waiting. As per checking our system is trying to collect

Thanks for patiently waiting. I got it now. Your service got suspended due to nonpayment for your payment arrangement.
And I see here that you are on 31+ days past due as well. Once the account is 31+ days past due, it is at risk and the system is requiring a minimum payment to be settled for you to be able to set up an arrangement again. The amount you are seeing is the minimum payment on your account that our system requiring you to settle first, then that's the time you can set up a payment arrangement even with 31+ days past due.
May I know if would you be able to settle it today?
Would it be fine if this is going to be your arrangement?
Two-installments:
1st: 5/16 for $100 2nd: 5/30 for $306.64
Thanks for patiently waiting.
Your current bill includes:
Plans: $280.83 Installment: $57.39 Protection plans: $44.72 Less: Rate plan Credit of -$1.50
Total: $381.44
Moving forward this is your monthly bill:
Go5G Plus 2L - $160 Line 0073- $18 Line 2094- $25 Line 5057- $38.83 Taxes - $2.88
Total monthly recurring charges: $244.71
And about your 2nd question, you are on the best plan right now. Because of the unlimited text, call, and data. As well as free Netflix with ads and Apple TV+.
If you want to get our current best plan, we highly suggest making a rate plan change into Go5G Plus Military Business plan. Would you like to know about it?
The amount that you need to settle next month is your current bill which is the $185.97. Once it is settled, moving forward, your estimated monthly recurring charges would be $148 only.
Kindly do let me know if you have any clarification on this. Thanks
Thanks for patiently waiting, Jessica. Since your account is suspended, your date options are limited.
You're always welcome.
Michael ----- OWN the no PA removal Thanks for patiently waiting. As per checking here, you did create your payment arrangement last April 2, 2024. And you are on past due as well for $109.36.
Just to set your expectations, since there's no payment made, the account might be at risk. On the other hand, on top of payment arrangement, there's still an extension.
The best recommendation we could make is to leave the arrangement as is. As it is active and all good.
Kindly do let me know if you have any questions. Thank you
Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that. As much as I would love to help you about this, we are unable to get this information for you due to privacy purposes. Thank you for your kind understanding about this one.
Since your account is suspended, your date options are limited. But once you set up a payment arrangement now, it will make your service active, meaning the suspension will be gone and it will give you further dates once the one you created is removed right away. Clear so far?
As per checking your account, you have $329.36 30+ days past due and the system is requiring your to at least settle the payment for your minimum payment of $136.15. Once settled, it will give you an option to set up a payment arrangement on the account. Would you be able to settle it today?
T-Mobile ONE plan (2 voice lines): $120 (AutoPay discount included) Netflix: $8.50 (original cost is $15.49 minus the discount of $6.99)
Watch Line 5012: $10 Watch Line 7594: $32.20 (it has $16 insurance plan, you can request to remove this) Watch Line 2693: $10 Mobile Internet line 8790 for iPad: $10 Line 4516: $31 Line 1686: $18 - insurance plan Line 1688: $18 - insurance plan Line 2288: $38
Total: $295.70 monthly recurring charges (estimated)
Thanks for being honest with me, Erika. I just want to be honest with you as well. Checking your account, you have $542.24 30+ days past due balance and you have a minimum payment of $167.28.
Please be advised that we can only make changes to the set-up arrangement within 24 hours of creation, especially since there is a past due balance on the account, deleting the payment plan might put your account to automatic suspension and we do not want that to happen.
I understand that having services is important. The best recommendation we could make is to leave the arrangement as is.
Yet the good thing is that you can definitely set up a new arrangement once this is removed automatically by the system, and to make sure that you set up a new one as soon as possible, you can also check your account after your arrangement date.
First you need to settle your minimum payment of $167.28 then once the active arrangement removed by the system, you can definitely set up a new one to secure the account moving forward.
Would you like to remove your payment method today?
Sounds like a plan?
For you to be able to remove your payment arrangement, you need to settle your whole past due balance which is the $542.24. But since the system is giving our customer more time to settle the arrangement, even though it will be tagged as rejected, it is considered as active arrangement.
Once the system removed your active arrangement automatically due to nonpayment, that's the time you can set up a new one.
About the possible suspension on the account, we cannot determine it as it is a system generated. We highly suggest settling the minimum payment amount or the whole past due balance as soon as possible to secure your service.
Thanks for patiently waiting, Scott. For example, you will get our Go5G Plus plan. If you want 4 voice lines on the account, it will cost: $220 w/ AutoPay / $240 Regular
For you to be able to get a watch with us, you need to have a watch line as well. Good thing, we have an ongoing offer for our apple watches!
Apple: 200.99 Off Watch with New Watch Line on Plus
- Receive the promo value of $200.99 (approximately $8.38/mo) in 24 monthly Recurring Device Credits (RDC)
- You'll receive the promo value as 24 monthly credits. These credits may begin within your 1-2 bill cycles after purchase. If you don't see a credit on your first bill, don't worry. You'll see a double credit on your second bill
Watch device original cost: $299.99 (Watch SE 2nd gen 40mm)
- With the promotion, it will be just $99 remaining balance and it will be divided into 24 months installment: estimated $4/monthly
DIGITS Apple Watch Plus plan cost: $15 with AutoPay / $20 without AutoPay Estimated total for each watch: $19/monthly ($38 if two watches with watch lines)
4 voice lines: $220 2 watches: $38
Total: $258
We cannot determine it as it is system generated suspension. To extend my help, I am willing to call you back on the 24th, if any case your account gets suspended once I check it, we will cover the restoration fees for you, about the minimum payment, we highly suggest for you to settle it.
Are you good with this?
To be transparent with you, Jade, we cannot guarantee that it will not interrupt your service, that's why I am extending my help to check your account on the 25th to see further actions. On the other hand, the system is giving more time when customer can't settle the amount on the exact payment arrangement date.
Hi there. I just want to let you know that I am still here with you. Will update you as soon as it is done. We do appreciate your kind patience.
It seems that you are now quite engaged into something more important, and I totally understand that you have a lot of things to prioritize.
Just for a recap you contacted us today regarding dual eSIM. And if ever needed to manage your account, you can check this page anytime for how-tos and easy access: https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account
Thanks for patiently waiting, Jonell. If you received that notification, you have nothing to worry about because you have T-Mobile insurance plan. And we are the ones who will be responsible whatever happens to your device.
For your future reference, since this one has an insurance on it, you can file a claim at this link https://mytmoclaim.com/ or contact Assurant at 1-8668666285 to process it for you
Thanks for patiently waiting, Matthew. This is the specific bill for 0713 line
If you cancel it:
Device installment: $33.34 Total: $33.34
If you keep it suspended: Line cost: $70 (you have 2 lines, it costs: $140 monthly minus your work perks discount of $21 = $119/2 lines) Device installment: $4.17 Total: $74.17 or $60.17 (-$10 work perks)
Thank you so much for giving additional information. About the claims, you really need to coordinate with Assurant. Since you have me here, I will cover the $84, effective today. May I know your thoughts on this please?
We totally understand where you are coming from. Confirming about the usage is really important.
I did check here with our system that time there was no usage for your international data pass when you were still in the air. There might be a system glitch. On the other hand, I am giving you my 100% that there's no usage at that by based in our tool.
Thanks for letting us know about your payment arrangement concern.
It saddens us to know that you are considering cancelling your unlimited home internet on your account. However, I just want to ask if there's anyone can take over it or any relatives? Because it has a promotion associated with your home internet right now, if we cancel it, you will lose the promotion
The unlimited home internet you have is only $55 original cost then you have a promotion from 2023 of $10, so you are just being charged for it for only $45.
30+ days past due ADVISEMENT
Thanks for being honest with me,. I just want to be honest with you as well. Just to set your expectation, all accounts that are less than 30 days past due are still eligible for setting up an arrangement.
Once the account is 30+ days past due, the system is requiring a minimum payment to be settled for you to be able to set up an arrangement again.
I just want you to know that your account is on 30+ days past due and you have a minimum payment amount of $133.95. Once at least that amount is settled, that's the time you can set up a payment arrangement on the account but we cannot guarantee when the possible interruption kicks in when nonpayment.
Clear so far?
We appreciate you for being honest with us. As your representative today, we will cover the $8.50 late fee for you as a one-time courtesy.
Shall I go ahead and process this?
Thanks for patiently waiting, Catherina.
Your current plan is Magenta MAX Military
- 2 lines: $100 with AutoPay
If you switched for go5g next military plan the cost for 2 lines
- $130 with AutoPay
Thanks for patiently waiting. We do see here that you had restoration fees, that's why your bill is high. We highly suggest following your payment arrangements for you to prevent extra charges.
I just want to be more honest with you as well. What we can do here is give you a service restoration as one-time courtesy. We cannot guarantee when there will be a possible suspension as we don't have access to it.
You agree to allow T-Mobile to transfer your number ending in 1342, 9657, 9739, 2697 to a new customer and for us to discuss this transfer with them. You will remain responsible for the mobile number and all charges until the COR is complete.
Is this a yes?
It seems that you are now quite engaged into something more important, and I totally understand that you have a lot of things to prioritize. No worries, you can chat us back anytime or dial our Customer Care: 1-800-937-8997 for further assistance.
Just for a recap you contacted us today regarding your Account Number and checking/removing add on. And if ever needed to manage your account, you can check this page anytime for how-tos and easy access: https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account
Should this be all, I want to thank you again for always choosing us! We appreciate you for being a part of our T-Mobile family. I hope you have a great day ahead of you and take care always!
We appreciate you for letting us know the reason. I just want to be transparent with you as well. As per review, we noticed that you still have your current arrangement on the account.
Or you have an option to reset your payment arrangement, all you have to do is settle the $38.71 today then we can definitely remove your arrangement. May I know if you can settle at least that amount today?
Thanks for that confirmation. We highly suggest following your payment arrangements date to prevent double charges since you have a payment method for it.
Or we can still proceed to making your payment today, then we can delete your payment method that was set up for your payment arrangement on the account.
May I know your thoughts on this please?
If we delete your payment method, your active arrangement will be tagged as rejected after 4/19/2024 (1st installment), the arrangement would be fall off automatically after a few days (from your 1st installment's date). Once removed, you can definitely setup a new one. Sounds like a plan?
We do appreciate you for letting us know about this. No worries, we will sort this out today.
As per checking your account, there was a payment back out from your payment method, that's why you have $66.49 past due on the account.
We highly suggest to either settle it now or set up a payment arrangement on the account. May I know your thoughts on this please?
As your representative today, we can definitely restore your service as a one-time courtesy and only valid within our conversation. Shall we go ahead and proceed restoring your service?
Thanks for patiently waiting, Daneylle. As per careful review, you are using a premium Netflix feature, which is the 4 Screens No Ads Netflix $22.99 since you have a Netflix discount of $6.99 because of T-Mobile, you are just being charged for $16 for it instead of $22.99. If you don't want to be charged for $16 for netflix, we highly suggest switching your netflix feature into the Netflix on Us, however it has ads and only 2 screens. On the brighter side, if you are going to switch for this, you will no longer be charged for $16 because it will just be $0.
Checking here as well, you have HBO ad-Free, it will be unsubscribed in your end. I'm afraid we are unable to unsubscribe it for you.
About Paramount + with Showtime you are being charged for $11.99 since it is not included in your plan. You can request to add to remove this from your account, I can definitely remove it so that this is the last time you will be charged for this.
While the Hulu, you can redeem our 6-month Hulu offer, meaning it is free with ads within 6 months and if you want to take advantage of this, I can send you the link for you to be able to redeem it, all you have to do is click the link then the instructions is automatically given right after.
May I know if you have any questions or your thoughts with the details I gave above?
Once your watch line is cancelled and the Netflix feature removed, your next bill (after this current bill) will be lowered because of these details:
$10 - watch line $16 - Netflix No ads feature Total deduction: $26
Your estimated monthly recurring charges would be: $175.47 - $26 = $149.47
We do appreciate you for paying $200 something last week, Pavia.
Thanks for patiently waiting. Yes, you did successfully set up your new payment arrangement! We highly appreciate your precious time and efforts here, Felecia.
Hello, Walter. It seems that you need our Rebate Care Department. No worries, they can fully check this for you, all you have to do is dial this number: 1-877-311-8853
You're welcome, John. Oh, I'm afraid that we don't have a way to check that if it is turned on. I apologize. Rest assured that once they turn it on, it will work right away. They can follow these helpful steps:
Thanks for patiently waiting, Franck. As per checking, you took advantage of our promotion: Buy One Get One $700 Off with New Voice Line. You paid off early the iPhone 15 Plus and it has a promotion of $29.17 discount, even though you're not paying of that device anymore, the promotion remains.
To answer your question, as long as you have insurance plan, you are eligible to file a claim at this link https://mytmoclaim.com/ or contact Assurant at 1-8668666285 to process it for you
You are always welcome! Thanks for patiently waiting, Marcus. You can just disregard that notification, it is indeed a valid charge, however, since Hulu on Us is included in your rate plan, the charged for it is free.
Clear so far?
Thank you for patiently waiting, Terianisha. If you want to know about your iPhone 13 Pro to the line ending in 0809, this bill is the last installment for the device, meaning after this cycle, that's the time that you can upgrade it to get a new device!
Clear so far?
And for you to be aware about your bill, here's the details:
Voice plan (1 line): $55 Insurance plan: $18 iPhone 14 Pro Max installment: $37.09 (discounted: $8.75)
Estimated monthly recurring charges total: $111.17
With the Essentials 55 plan, the voice plan is going to be $45/monthly So, your estimated monthly recurring charges total after the rate plan change would be: $101.17
Your current plan: 3 GB High-speed smartphone mobile hotspot Essentials 55 plan: Unlimited mobile hotspot data at max 3G speeds
If you are looking for lowering your bill we can recommend to change your rate plan into a most affordable one. We can offer you our Essentials 55 plan Voice plan (1 line): $45, from your current plan it is $55
Would you like to consider this rate plan change?
We do apologize for the confusion. It is indeed correct that you can upgrade your device this April. However, the previous payment you made for the iPhone 13 Pro installment is included to your current bill.
You are one step away to make an upgrade, all you have to do is settle your current bill. Any day within this month
While to the line ending in 9747, you still have $291.60 balance for it and it is 6+ payments left.
Thank you for patiently waiting. We totally understand that you just want a confirmation about the trade-in device status. As per UPS update, it is already delivered to our warehouse on April 12th. You have nothing to worry about because our warehouse staff is going to scan that device. After scanning, you will be notified about that update and the estimated trade-in value of $100 will be automatically applied on your account.
Clear so far?
I know the importance of having the supervisor, but let me clear things off.
Thanks for that clarification, Robert. You are correct. You have $500 off promotion, then minus the trade-in value of your trade-in device of $100 (you'll receive it within 1-2 billing cycle)
$500-$100 = $400 remaining
$400/24 months = $16.67 this is the monthly credit that you are getting monthly.
Kindly do let me know if you have any clarification on this. Thank you
Thanks for patiely waiting! We have the promotion that you can take advantage of: "$200 off with Trade"

So,
Dale, for you to be able to set up a payment arrangement, you should be at least less than 30 days past due. As of now, you are 30+ days past due, that's why you have a minimum payment amount that needs to be settled first and it is an extra help for our customers, once the minimum payment amount is settled, you will be eligible to set up a payment arrangement even with 30+ past due balance.
That's understandable, Dale. To extend my help, I will check your account on Wednesday, if it gets suspended, I will restore it again and with restoration fees covered. Would this work with you?
We really understand your situation, Dale. As much as we love to set up the payment arrangement on the account, for you to be eligible for it, you need to be less than 30 days past due balance on the account. And since you are on 30+ days past due, the system is requiring you to at least settle the minimum payment on the account as soon as possible which is the $199.45. Once settled, the system will allow you to set up a payment arrangement on the account to have further dates.
To be honest with you restoring your service today without payment is outside our policy and as a one-time courtesy. We will also cover your restoration fees and only valid within this conversation. We highly suggest settling the $199.45 as soon as possible for you to be able to set up a payment arrangement.
Shall we go ahead and restore your service, Dale?
You're welcome. Thanks for patiently waiting. It seems that your number is not detected in our resources. No worries, we just need a further assistance with our Prepaid Care via phone call.

We really understand that this is really important with your family. They need to manual select the local network there for it to be considered as roaming. Then all they have to do is turn on Data Roaming.
Your T-Mobile Essentials plan is the most affordable plan we have here. And these are what's included:
- Unlimited Talk & Text
- Unlimited Data on 5G & 4G LTE Network: This includes 5G access with a compatible device and coverage area. However, during congestion, customers may notice slower speeds compared to other plans. After 50GB of data usage in a month, speeds will be further reduced due to fair-use de-prioritization limits

Thanks for patiently waiting, Heather.
Your account is safe as long as you have your active arrangement, once it is removed automatically by the system, for you to be able to create a new arrangement, you need to settle at least the minimum payment on your account estimated $147.86. Once settled, the system will allow you to create a new payment arrangement (once the active one removed automatically by the system)
Your payment arrangement will be tagged as failed/rejected after 04/08/2024. I will check back your account on April 11th to ensure your service, if I see that it got interrupted, I will restore it right away.
Clear so far?
After your 1st installment 04/08 the system will give you grace period to settle your bill. Good thing is you are not 30+ days past due (30+ days past due balance is at risk for suspension)
We really cannot guarantee if your service is still active by then. Here's what I am more willing to do, I will check your account on April 10 and then April 11 and if I see that it gets interrupted, I will restore it right away. Would this work with you?
Thanks for being honest with me, Donna.
Based on my resources, you created a payment arrangement last 03/21/2024 for $306 for two installments.
1st installment was 04/04/2024 $153 and 2nd installment 04/11/2024 they were tagged as rejected due to nonpayment, and your service got interrupted.
No worries, since you don't have a minimum payment amount on the account, you can set up a payment arrangement today, it will also restore your service. Would you be able to set it up in your end?
Good news! I got an approval. We can proceed removing your active arrangement today as a one-time exception (this time only). Then you can definitely create a new payment arrangement! Shall we go ahead and remove it now?
-------0
You're welcome. I'm glad that I am your representative today! Thanks for patiently waiting, Trini. We understand that you just want our service for the long run. That $20 would help a lot as it will lower your bill. If you settle that payment today, we will cover the remaining past due then remove your payment arrangement as well.
How does that sound to you?
To guarantee you that it won't be interrupted, we highly suggest to settle at least the minimum payment $338.27 for you to be able to create payment arrangement to have further dates.
May I please know your thoughts on this?
Thanks for patiently waiting, Heather. As per carefully checking here you have an International Roaming feature on your Magenta plan and you may see below your service coverage while you are in France, Austria, Germany.
Data - Unlimited Text - Unlimited Call - $0.25 per minute
All you have to do is turn on the Data Roaming

Katina
Thanks for patiently waiting, Katina. As per careful review you were charged for restoration fees because you were suspended. But since you weren't informed that every suspension there's a restoration fees (suspension is always subject for restoration fee of $20/line + taxes , capped at 3 lines). You didn't deserve this charged.
What we are willing to do here is cover the $60 restoration fee. And here's what I am going to apply about it, I will apply it through 3-installments credit($20, $20, $20).
Today, I will apply $20 credit on your account. Then I am also responsible for the remaining $40, that I will apply it after a few days.
$22 - today $22 - 2nd installment credit $24 - 3rd installment credit
Amanda
Thanks for patiently waiting, Amanda. As per review, your rate plan is a family plan with 2 lines, that costs $150 without AutoPay. Since you just have 1 line on the account, it should be charging you for only $90 monthly for the voice line.
No worries, we will fix this and cover this for you. Here's what I am going to do, we will give you $50 and please expect this adjustment before your close date.
Oh, you are enrolled with AutoPay! So, the total cost for your voice rate plan (family plan) is only $140.
Let me just give you a bill break down about your current bill:
For two voice lines: $140 Netflix: $10
Equipment for line ending in: 8787 (12 payments left): $26.25 8788 (12 payments left): $9.50
Subtotal: $185.75 Less: $50 (credit from us)
Grand Total: $135.75
Then moving forward, your monthly recurring charges/estimated monthly bill would be $185.75.
Clear so far?
Yes, we understand that and respect your decision, Amanda. That's why we will fix this error for you, for you to be billed for 1 line only moving forward and cover the $50 for this error, and this adjustment ($50) will be reflected before your close date (20th).
Oh, let me correct that monthly billing amount. Once your rate plan is fixed (1 line cost only), moving forward, your monthly recurring charges/estimated monthly bill would be $135.75.
For 1 voice line: $90 Netflix: $10
Equipment for line ending in: 8787 (12 payments left): $26.25 8788 (12 payments left): $9.50
Total: $135.75
It seems that you are now quite engaged into something more important, and I totally understand that you have a lot of things to prioritize. No worries, you can contact us again through Messaging or dialing this number: 1-800-937-8997 for further assistance.
Just for a recap you contacted us today regarding your bill. You have other option, you can just wait until your next bill cycle (around April 23-24), as it will be automatically sent to your email with your address on the last page.
And if ever needed to manage your account, you can check this page anytime for how-tos and easy access: https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account

And we appreciate you for your kind understanding, Holly. How about this, to extend my help, and as a one-time courtesy (only valid within this conversation) I will check your account on 17th, if it gets suspended when I check it, I will restore it right away.
Would this work with you, Holly?
I would love to, actually suspension is system generated and we cannot guarantee when the exact date the possible suspension will happen on the account. To extend my help, to make your day better, I will check your account on the 17th, if in any case it got interrupted, I will restore it right away and then I will request the restoration fees to be covered.
May I please know your thoughts on this?

Thanks for patiently waiting, Micah.
About your bill, you have 2 voice lines and you are being charged $90/monthly for it. Split it into two equals $45. Plus the $11 for the insurance plan to the line 1834
Total: $51 charge monthly to the specific line 1834.
Clear so far?
Here's the details now for the two Go5G plans:
Go5G Next plan
- For 2 lines it cost $170 w/ AutoPay / $180 Regular
While for Go5G Plus plan
- For 2 lines it cost: $150 w/ AutoPay / $160 Regular
Your current plan cost is: $130 for 2 lines
May I know your thoughts about this please?
For example, your company is eligible for our T-Mobile Work Perks and you are willing to switch to our Go5G Next plan. It is $170 for 2 lines, then you will get a 15% discount ($25.5) = $144.5
I will request about this another $20 credit and will get back to you tomorrow. Would that work?
Thanks for patiently waiting, Jesus. I have good news for you! I got an approval that once you make a payment of $100 today, we will cover the remaining $38.72 because you are a valued customer to us.
Are you good with this?
Thanks for that clarification, Alexis. Same with you here, that the system won't let us to edit your payment arrangement also the payment method on the account. What we highly suggest is to make a manual payment today using your different card.
If you don't mind me asking, does the card associated with your active arrangement have sufficient funds?
As much as I would love to cover them all for you (without processing the upgrade via Messaging/with me) then you will process the upgrade via store to get it right away, I am afraid that is not possible as we have inventory systems.
On the brighter side, I am more than happy to cover one of the phones activation fee, which is $35, and it would be divided into 4 installments/daily credit ($10, $10, $10, $15). May I know your thoughts about this please?
---->
Thanks for patiently waiting, Orlando. The deductible depends on what you are going to file a claim. Are you going to file a claim?
Thanks for patiently waiting, Ian. With you current rate plan, you have unlimited data, talk, and text. However, your high speed data is 40GB of high-speed mobile hotspot data included. Unlimited mobile hotspot data at max 3G speeds after 40GB. And I've checked here that you've already use the 40GB.
On the other hand, it will be back to 40GB once your bill generates. Clear so far?
I appreciate your patience, Ian. Checking here, you've already used 12.29 GB/Unlimited and while the hotspot data, you've already used 9.83 GB/40 GB.
If there's anything that I might have missed or if you have other questions or concerns, please do let me know. Thank you so much
$90 wtih AutoPay + $29 for the installment plan Total: $199
Good question, Xiomarie. As much as I would love to know the exact date of possible suspension, we really don't have access for that. We highly suggest to settle at least the minimum payment of $257.64 for you to be eligible to set up an arrangement on the account.

Thank you so much for being honest with me and patiently waiting, Raul. You got suspended due to nonpayment.
I just want to be honest with you as well. What we can do here is give you a service restoration as one-time courtesy. We cannot guarantee when there will be a possible suspension as we don't have access to it.
For your future reference here's how to Suspend the line/s:
- From the T-Mobile app home screen (learn how to install the app).
- Select the Account tab.
- Select the line you need to update.
- Choose either Report lost or stolen or Suspend a line temporarily, depending on the type of suspension you need.
- Follow the on-screen steps to suspend or restore your line.

Sure, let me explain them to you.
If you are going to choose blocking their IMEI, they will no longer have our service. If we're going to suspend their line, they won't have service as well.
I just want you to be aware about your options. Any of the option you will choose, you can chat us back anytime if you are planning to unblock their IMEI to the line ending in 5254 or restore the suspended line.
Clear so far? Take your time to decide, I am just right here for you, waiting for your decision. Thanks
I'm afraid that's your only options. May I please know if there's anything else aside from this?
Let me just continue the explanation of the previous representative that you had. Once you landed in Ecuador without purchasing/adding our International Pass, you will be charged for 0.25/minute, and we don't want that to happen.
We highly recommend adding our International Pass on your account to prevent extra charges.
Thanks for patiently waiting, Ana. Checking here, you just created your payment arrangement on the account then automatically, it restored your service because of it as well. Since restoration fee is $20/line + taxes , (capped at 3 lines). Are you referring for the $40 restoration fees?
Thanks for patiently waiting, Ali. As per careful checking, there's a payment that is being processed. Meaning, it might take at least 2 hours for it to kick in on your account or to be posted.
Kindly do let me know if you have any clarification on this. Thank you

We appreciate you for reaching out to us today about this. As per checking your account, your payment arrangement installment is currently being processed, unable to edit at this time. On the other hand, you can just make a manual payment. May I please know if you are going to settle it today?
There's a possibility for a suspension. Because your account is on 30+ days past due. Just to set your expectation the all the accounts that is 30+ days past due is at risk for service interruption.
As much as I would to be accurate when the exact suspension will happen, we are unable to give it as we don't have access for that. What we highly suggest is settle the minimum payment as soon as you can so that you can create for payment arrangement.

We have this so called Change of Responsibility (COR), let me explain it to you. It is a process where the billing responsibility of a line is transferred from one person or business to another. Since you are the Primary Account Holder (PAH), we can definitely release the line/s that you want to transfer.
What we can do here is, release the specific line.
Acceptance from the existing customer (you) to release the line: The existing customer (PAH) must agree to release the line for a Change of Responsibility. They will remain responsible for all charges on the account until the new customer completes the Change of Responsibility. The account balance will not transfer to the new customer.
Then the other person needs to contact our Customer Care via call to complete the transfer, Customer Care also the ones who can create their T-Mobile account just in case they don't have an account yet. We highly suggest for you to reach out the other person to inform them to contact our Customer Care to fully processed their line.
...
COR Disclosure (Existing Customer // PAH)
Christina Jones, you agree to allow T-Mobile to transfer your number ending in (Insert last four of Mobile Number) to a new customer and for us to discuss this transfer with them. Again, you will remain responsible for the mobile number and all charges on your account until the COR is complete. If the transfer of this number results in your account being cancelled, any outstanding Equipment Installment Payments (EIP) balance that is not transferred will be reflected on your final bill and must be paid in full (email address of existing customer for transfer). If you have Autopay set up, the EIP charges will be included in the total amount on the final bill which will be charged to the card on file.

Thanks for being honest with me, Juanita. As per checking, your service got suspended due to failed payment arrangement. And you have minimum payment of $156.02, it will also serve as minimum to restore.
How about this, we can go ahead and manually restore your account to give you more time to settle the minimum amount required it's just that after this restoration, I am unable to give you the assurance that there will be no interruption that can happen since there is no payment made. ( suspension is always subject for restoration fee of $20/line + taxes , capped at 3 lines)

The best recommendation we could make is to leave the arrangement as is. When you miss the arrangement it doesn't necessarily mean that it will fail right away. If you can settle the arrangement before it fails it will still count towards the agreement and let you continue the arrangement.
As of the moment what we need to do is wait for our system to automatically delete your current payment arrangement on within today or tomorrow once done you can take a look to move it on (preferred date of payment), sounds like a plan?
