Steps 

T-Mobile app for customers
1. Access My T-Mobile or the T-Mobile app.
2. Navigate to Line Settings.
3. Select Request a transfer PIN.
4. You will be prompted to verify your identity.
5. Enter the 6-digit OTP provided.
6. Select Get a transfer PIN.
