@all We want to make you aware that TFB Care Messaging will officially shut down on 9/29/23 (close of business on 9/28). This group assisted existing TFB customers with account support issues when they initiated a chat via T-Mobile.com, the mobile app, or account hub.

Starting 9/29, if existing customers initiate a chat and they need account support, they will be instructed to do the following:

Business Customers: Please call Business Care at 1-800-375-1126 or email businesscare@t-mobilesupport.com Government Customers: Please call Business Care at 1-800-375-1126 or email governmentaccount@t-mobilesupport.com
