Customer journey. Orders total health - receives it - register and creates clinical profile - cc info to activate - provide sample - cx can opt in to health report - will receive results within 3-4weeks - have the option to message clinical team / - in -12 weeks cx will receive exome sequencing takes longer due to technology. -they can login to schedule blood test will receive 3-5 days, blood test is available for 6 months.
