To get the port-out request, you can follow these steps on your end. Pleas3e be advice that this temporary pin may only last for 7 days

-Download and log in to the T-Mobile app .  
-Select Account or More.  
-Select Profile Settings.  
-Select Line Settings.  
-Select Request a transfer PIN.  
-Customer will be directed to verify their identity  
-Have the customer select a phone number to receive a text OTP  
-Select Continue  
-Customer will need to enter 6-digit OTP  
-Select Continue  
-Select Get a transfer PIN  
-Inform the customer to provide that PIN to their NSP

You seem to be preoccupied with something important, Tina. Nohting to worry as all you have to do to get your port out pin is to follow the steps i sent you above, Just be adviced that this temporary pin may only last for 7 days.
