-cancel the existing plan ang buy another one -downgrade the contract i think the customer wants to downgrade her contract which is platinum because the customer has a multiple house , and wants to switch into shield gold , she think its out of her budget , also she don't use it often . then the agent still suggest that the contract is very helpful and she can use it limitless.
