As I look at my recent transactions on my account,starting from the first one, there are a total of two transactions, possibly more that was not done by me nor was authorized by me either. The first transaction that was not done by me was a $300 ATM withdrawal at (location) on (date of transaction). The second transaction was a (type of transaction) at (location) on (date). These are the two transactions that I am contesting and would like to be refunded.
