FBM Orders

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

This is in response regarding the issue with your listing ASIN: B0DDY7LR6Z that is currently receiving MFN orders despite of the listing in FBA.

Upon checking, I found using our internal tools that this ASIN B0DDY7LR6Z have available quantity in FBM in our backend. This happened due to when converted this listing to FBA from FBM you have a quantity of not zero in your Manage Inventory.

In order to fix this you need to switch this listing back to FBM and set the available quantity of your product to Zero (0) before switching back to FBA.

To address your concern with the FBM orders you have received , we highly suggest to contact the buyers through the Buyer-Seller Messaging to request them to cancel the orders since calling the orders yourself will affect your Order Cancellation Rate
