2ND bill is generated approx 1 month after the previous bill received 15 days later (by post or within 24 hours via ebill)

• 1 month advance charge (5th sep - 4th oct) *usage since the last bill was generated (20th jul - 19th aug) *any payments made in since the last bill was generated
