I am submitting this written explanation regarding my absence on February 15, 2026.

On that day, I was unable to report to work due to bowel incontinence, which caused me to repeatedly go to the restroom approximately four times and prevented me from being able to travel and report to work. I took medication to manage the condition, and by the following morning, I was already feeling better.

I did not secure a medical certificate because I initially believed it was a minor condition that would resolve quickly. I acknowledge my lapse in judgment and understand the importance of proper documentation for any health‑related absences.

I take full responsibility for my actions and assure you that this will not happen again. Moving forward, I will ensure that I notify the company immediately and secure the necessary medical documents if I am unable to report to work due to health concerns.
