The customer confirmed that they already checked the pipe in the unit and there is no damage or kinked at all. The customer confirmed that the water tank is fitted correctly, however no bubbles and no sound of pump. The customer confirmed that whenever they dispense water, there's no sounds and even water or ice coming out. Customer confirmed that there is no air flow coming out in the dispenser when trying to press the dispenser.
