Running MTD: 4.70 Productivity: 1.70 QA: 100.00% Sched Ad: 100.00% Compliance: 100.00% Agent's Assessment: For my QA: I was able to maintain a score of 100.00% due to the time I take to double check my claims as well as through utilization of our trackers and other resources. For my Productivity: My productivity went up to 1.70 which is far from where it had been from the previous months. This is due to a decrease in the availability of claims, especially as I had spent the last week on the night shift where there was barely any claims available. For my Sched Ad: I was unable to bring my schedule adherance up to 94.43% after last week's medically induced absence. I had yet to be absent since and have avoided over auxes by utilizing the alarm tools available on the pc. For my Compliance: I was able to maintain a perfect 100% in compliance as I kept track of my pvc dues and made an effort to double check my email addresses per claim. EOM Goal: 3.60 Productivity: 1.00 QA: 90% Sched Ad: 98.00% Compliance: 100.00% Agent's Action Plan: My action plan for the entire month for QA is to double check all my claims and cross reference them with the tracker. Furthermore I would take the time to carefully go over my work before closing each dispute. My action plan for the entire month for Productivity is to focus on play next first so that I am able to close as many claims as I can as well as routinely sweep my buckets for claims that are ready to close. I will also regularly play next through out the day to hopefully be able to snag an additional claim or two. My action plan for the entire month regarding my schedule at work is to prioritize regular rest to minimize the likelihood of getting sick again which could result in additional absences. Additionally, I will make a conscious effort to account for the heavy traffic in the morning, ensuring that I arrive at work punctually despite regular road congestion. My action plan for the entire month for Compliance is to double check my claims' pvc dues and routinely double check my claim decisions. I will also make sure I validate the email addresses and merchant credits per claim from initial investigation and just before closing it, specially for claims that take a while to resolve and inherrited claims.
