valid ADF Identification card (C20) or active orders. Retired Member identity cards – issued to all members separating from the ADF (reservists excluded) who have a Level 3 entitlement under the Career Transition Assistance Scheme provision contained in the ADF PACMAN Chapter 2.

Australian Defense Forces:

valid ADF Identification card (C20) or active orders

**** Retired****

Retired Member identity card (proof of service of over 18 years)

**** Defense Common Access Card (DCAC)****

would be the primary family card

**** Active - Purple Series****

ADF DCAC

Mauve Series - ADF Family DCAC Card

**** Veteran****

ADF Standby reserve identity card

DVA Health Card (gold, white, orange)

Service records

**** Canadian Armed Forces:****

**** Active/Retired/Reserves****

valid NDI 20 (Canadian Forces ID Card) or valid NDI 10 (temporary card)

**** Veteran:****

A person who served in the active military/reserve forces and who was discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable.

**** CDF:****

former members of the CAF who released with an honorable discharge and who successfully underwent basic training. Would have a NDI 75, or CAF 74 ID card, or a CFOne card with Veteran status (“V”)

**** Retired:****

Proof of 10 years of service in the CAF, or have the NDI 75 Card that shows 10+ years served

**** Reserve Forces:**** Proof of current service in Primary Reserve (serving on one of three classes of service – A, B and C)

****Veteran: ****

NDI 75, or CAF 74 ID card, or a CFOne card with Veteran status (“V”)

**** What are age/eligibility requirements of Child Dependents in the Military?****

Registered dependents aged 16+ will verify their passes using their own credentials and registered dependents under the age of 16 will verify their passes using their military sponsor's credentials. Children and spouses of veterans will verify their passes using the veteran's credentials.
