Employment Status

OAE applicant: New applicant.

Available: Applicant has been interviewed, finalized, and is available to be placed on assignment.

Assigned: Associate has been placed on assignment and is currently working. Has completed all the necessary documentation: Background check, Drug screen, Federal I-9, Orientation, etc.

Inactive: Application has been placed inactive for various reasons: Does not meet the branch requirements, etc.

Do not use (DNU)-Term Ineligible: Branch is not moving forward with current applicant for various reasons.

Tagged: Applicant has been interviewed but the process is still pending due to a background check, drug screen, approval from client, etc.

Unavailable: Applicant/associate is not available for work.

Adjudication: Applicant must complete an individualized assessment (IA) through the Centralized Review Team (CRT) if their background results state “Needs Review”.

Note: Coordinators can only disclose if a background check has come back or not, for additional information regarding the background results the call would need to go to the branch.

Application Status/Stages:

Application: This stage will consist of 3 parts: Personal Information, Experience, and Skills. Screening: This stage will consist of any additional tests required by the branch or brand. Onboarding: This is where branches will have to assign onboarding documents for associates to fill out. They will not automatically populate like they used to. Complete: Applications will be considered complete once the applicant has filled out all the onboarding documents assigned by the branch. It can also be considered complete after the screenings have been completed and no onboarding documents have been assigned.
