normal- able to purchase and sell ( phone no. is verified) inactive- to activate log in again deleted- user may req to delete the acc or shopee deleted the acc due to inactivity for 2 years. frozen- suspended due to fraud act. ( for appeal user can only do it within 30 days from the suspension date ) Banned- not allowed to appeal ( User info change & Admin Portal Log to see if it is allow appeal or no appeal and to know the reason why the acc was Banned.
