-shows pre blocked rooms/ housekeeping status
ADVANCED(upper right hand)>uncheck rooms>to see unblocked rooms
highlight cx name ,then go to PROFILE (lower right hand)>to see profile of cx
RV(reservation) LRH
-check comments by cx before pre -blocking rooms
-put x on room assignment, hit continue to prompt
AUTO (LRH) for whole group cx and need to assign auto
