trying to change the vendor 941-685-2720 Spoke to Lilia Pinskey (BUYER), customer called in to ask for transfer vendor and wants to talk to my manager. -tried to de-escalate and call the technician regarding on the transfer vendor. -tried to contact the vendor but I was routed to the voicemail and left message -member insisting to talk to my supervisor. -tried to de-escalate but the member wants to talk to my manager. -Inform her that I will transfer her on the escalation department. -unable to transfer to escalation.
