efore: Customers who currently have Go5G plan still to wait for 3 years after to get Phone Deal Now: Through Go5g Next, gives customers an option to upgrade every year (upgrade every year after paying off at least 50% of the phone.)
Requirements must be met:
-Have a new installment agreement that was created on the Go5G Next plan.
-A minimum of 6 months on the installment agreement.
-Have paid at least 50% of the cost of the phone.
-Trade in their phone in good condition.
Use the new Go5G Next Yearly Upgrade Eligibility Calculator so you can quickly let a customer know if/when they are eligible for the Yearly Upgrade benefit! You’ll simply enter the date the customer initiated Go5G Next and date EIP was created to determine if and when the customer is eligible for their Yearly Upgrade!
