*What will it resolve:*
_This will help reduce the amount of spams that bypasses the Recommendations Policy Guidelines as some content creators add the link in the comments section which not just categorizes as Click Bait but also Engagement Bait since clicking/checking the comments section also adds to the post's engagement count_
*What we want to resolve:*
_In 2.8, it states that for groping/squeezing, three requirements must be met including the PDITI must be nude or near nude. However, most jobs containing groping/squeezing doesn't usually contain PDITI is proper clothing_
*Recommendations:*
_I propose to remove the said requirement and let jobs containing groping or squeezing of breasts be tagged to 2.8 right away_
*What will it resolve:*
_This will let jobs containing such imagery to be tagged as Non-recommended considering that such content is already sexual enough with or without clothing and minor are at risk of viewing such imagery since they also use the platform_

_Have a PDF copy/MOM of all the updates_

_Considering there are lots of newbies to Threads, the KB is not updated and some are not included within the OST, causing confusions and affecting the new TM's accuracy in job decisions. Having a copy of an MOM for all the past updates will help reduce the TM's AHT as TMs will have an access as to which updates are still in effect or not_
*What we want to resolve:*
_No IEX pop-up notifications, causing some teammates to not miss their offline taggings especially if they transitioned to a new schedule_

_Allow IEX to have a notification pop up alerts_
*What will it resolve:*
_In my former BPO company, we also use IEX. Back then, our IEX used to send pop-up alerts 5 minutes before a scheduled offline, allowing the teammates to have a heads up when an offline is about to take place, helping teammates to not miss their offline taggings_

*Recommendations:*
_All subcategories for Bullying will be tagged regardless if the target is a Public Figure or a Private Figure_

_Most teammates are unsure whether the target is a Public or Private figure, thus, creating a confusion from the teammate's end. Applying this change will not only help raters tag faster but also protect Public individuals from Bullying online_

_Gore Depiction in Fictional Real World being tagged as Recommendable_
*Recommendations:*
_Do not limit 4.5 to Digital/Animation scenarios but include Fictional Real World as well_
*What will it resolve:*
_In 4.5, depiction of gore in fictional context can only be tagged if it is in Digital/Animation scenario. This sometimes causes confusion to jobs containing live action fictional contents that cannot be tagged due to it not fitting the policy for 4.4 and 4.5. Some live action fictional contents are being being tagged as Recommendable despite containing graphic content to the general audience so this change will help filter out such contents in the platform_

_Confusing format of Parent and Responsible contents on SRT_
*Recommendations:*
_Instead of placing them on the Parent on top of the Responsible or the old format of placing the Parent inside the Responsible content, separate and place both contents side by side instead_
*What will it resolve:*
_Both the old and current format still causes confusion since they are mostly just on top of each other. Despite having a yellow box to separate them, the texts still cause confusion. Placing both contents side by side will help the raters identify faster which is the Parent or Responsible and also be able to compare both better to review if they are aligning/condemning or non-sensical._
*What we want to resolve:*
_No tagging for Real World Fictional violations_
*Recommendations:*
_Include Real World Fictional as media setting for 4.5_
*What will it resolve:*
_Considering 4.5 is limited only for Digital/Animation contents, Real World Fictional content cannot be tagged within Graphic and Shocking's subcategories. Also, some Real World Fictional content is truly gruesome in nature but is being tagged as Recommendable. Adding Real World Fictional to 4.5 will help filter out these contents._

_Confusion with 4.6 (Disturbing Content) regarding dead bodies_
*Recommendations:*
_Do not limit to dead bodies in body bags/coffins or its remnants but also include just the depiction of dead bodies as is to the violations for 4.6 as depiction of bodies itself are more disturbing than those in body bags/coffins itself for most social media users._
*What will it resolve:*
_This will also help the confusion of some teammates in which are tagging dead bodies as is for 4.6. Some teammates as well are having different interpretations of "remnants of dead bodies", thinking that even a small depiction of a corpse is enough to be tagged._
*What we want to resolve:*
_Visibility of the examples included within the OST_
*Recommendations:*
_Either adjust the quality of the photo samples to a higher quality in which the samples can be read easily or just enlist the text-based samples so that the users can just use the CTRL+F function for easier searching._
*What will it resolve:*
_Most of the text/statement samples within OST are usually screenshots of a slide/deck in low quality, giving the teammates or users a hard time reading them. Enlarging the screenshots/photos also ruins the quality which also doesn't help. For easier skimming through the samples, either adjust the quality to a readable screenshots (especially for those that doesn't have a 20/20 vision) or just enlist the samples so that the users can search faster with the CTRL+F function. Most of these samples can be found within the 3.3 samples._

*Recommendations:*
_Include the said scenario in 2.7_
*What will it resolve:*
_Mostly, shirtless women facing back are being tagged as Recommendable but technically, it should still be tagged as 2.7 for Insufficient Coverings. Facing back while topless is still a form of using a real world covering the sexual body part (breasts) of a woman._
*What we want to resolve:*
_OST Clarifications and new additions being overlooked, causing markdowns for the teammates_
*Recommendations:*
_For every changes or additional samples that will be added to the OST whether it is an update or clarification, notify the operation teams. Also, another possible help is to add an edit history in the comments section so the teammates can have an idea when a change was made within the OST._
*What will it resolve:*
_This should help lessen the markdowns for the teammates. Most of the time, teammates rely on the samples that are discussed or previously added to the OST, confident that those are the only samples included. Apparently, changes will be made within the OST with no heads up. Eventually, it'll cause a markdown because a change was just randomly added._
