Cancellation

Here are the list of information that you'll be needing to provide to the next carrier to process the port out request.

• T-Mobile Account number
• T-Mobile PIN/Passcode
• T-Mobile number
• Temporary Port-out PIN

• For documentation purposes, If you’d like to cancel, we can help but just to make sure that I can offer anything, Is there someone else who can take over the line? Or can we actually convert it to another product type too - like a watch line or tablet line perhaps?

I will definitely help you to get the Temporary Port-Out PIN. You can generate it using the T-Mobile Application under the Primary Account Holder Line and it will be valid within 7 days once you generate a code.

Just Make sure the T-Mobile app is on the latest version before attempting these steps.

• Download and log in to the T-Mobile app .
• Select Account.
• Select Profile Settings.
• Select Line Settings.
• Select Request a transfer PIN.
• Follow the directions on the screen
