If you arrive at a store and find its closed, you can report it using the self help option in the Dasher app. Here's how: Once you're at the store's location, tap the ''?'' icon in the top corner of the app. Select ''Store closed'' When prompted, take a photo of the store showing it is closed. Tap, ''Mark store closed'' to submit the report. Important Reminder: reporting store closures through this feature allows the system to verify the situation. if verified, you'll automatically receive half pay for eligible orders.
