I wish I could change the order for you. We offer a brief period, from the time you place your order, for you to contact us to make any changes or cancellations. Since that time has passed, If you'd like difference merchandise, you may place a new order, and I'll waive the shipping and handling charges for you. If you want to return any items, you may take them to a Victoria's Secret store. There's no cost to make the return, and the store associate can process your return right away.

Upon checking here, the order is already forwarded to the distribution center for fulfilment so we can no longer XXXX this order. The good news is that our return policy is very customer-friendly so you can return the item in store or via mail with free shipping once you receive

As I have checked it here, I can see that the order is already in process on the back end and as much as we love to, it can no longer be modified or cancelled as we only have 30 minutes to make any changes on the order once placed.

With this, we suggest to have the order be processed and once delivered, you can return the (item/package) to any VS store near you or via mail for free so we can provide you the full refund.

I tried to update you order here, however, the system is no longer allowing us to do so due to the order is already in process on the back end. As much as we love to, it can no longer be modified or cancelled as we only have 30 minutes to make any changes on the order once placed.

You also have the option to place a new order for the correct size/style, once done, provide us the order number so we can waive the shipping fee for you.

As I have checked the order (order#), I can see that it is already in process and as much as we love to, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. Since this is a store pick up, rest assured that it will automatically be cancelled after 3 days and you will not be charged for the order.

WHEN MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED/WITH PDD

As I have checked it here, I can see that your order (order#) is currently being processed on the back end. Though, we do no have specific date when it will be shipped, rest assured that once your package is forwarded to our courier, you will be notified right away together with the tracking number and you can expect the delivery on or before (PDD).

I do apologize but as per checking your order is already in process on our distribution center.
