I've never had to make a down payment before. Why are you asking for one now?

That's a great question! Device prices are going up and depending on the cost of the device, it may require more out of pocket. The good news is, this means less out of pocket expenses every month! Why is my downpayment so high?

Every customer pays the same price for the phone. Down payment costs are unique to each customer's account. Things such as tenure and type of device program can vary by customer. I'm happy to review additional options with you that may have a lower upfront cost.

That downpayment is too expensive.
