Member has prior deposits from the same depositor since May 2022 up until October 2022 which suggests that member has a prior knowledge of the incoming amount. Prior to the DD, member's account balance is low ending. Member has previous transaction with the disputed merchant,PUBLIX. No fraud alerts. NO RTA response code with the disputed merchant, PRICE CHOICE,PUBLIX #1397 MIAMI FLUS. The disputed card present EMV chip transactions from PRICE CHOICE FOOD MARK, MIAMI, FLUS and MACYS MIAMI BEACH, MIAMI BEACH, FLUS is within the vicinity with the member's address on the account.
