- Query/ask for eid
- Make sure no esim profile
- If 1 or multiple esim profile, have customer delete esim profile from their iphone (settings-cellular)
- Query/ask eid again and make sure it's all deleted (status will just show blank or -----)
- Activate EID in Atlas
- Customer should show from settings-cellular.. connecting (for 1-3mins).. activating
- Customer would start having signal and getting calls and messages

This is the best time to let you know about our updates with updating your E-Sim. We just need your EID for us to activate the new phone. After we process your request to our system . You just need to restart your phone. And it will activate your e-sim. Shall we start?


Before we proceed, I have some advisement for you. As soon as I activate the eSim, there is a possibility that the call will drop if you were currently on call, contacts stored on the sim card will not be automatically transfer to the eSim it means that you need to back up first your contact list. Lastly, changes will occur within minutes but it may take up to 2 hours to complete the eSim activation. Just make sure to turn off the device and turn it back on during the two-hour frame until a “Welcome to T-Mobile’ text message is received.

 Sim Activation might took 1-2 hours but may I ask if you can try to restart the device to confirm if the 5127 has a connection or signal bars already?



If iPhone 14, need to connected to wifi
tap notification on device app tray to start downloading esim

Actually the provisioning time for the activation is 1-2 hours however sometimes it will work after restarting the device. For us to check can you make a call and try to send a message ?
