However, as per Galileo and cross-check with Visa, CH has previous transaction with the disputed merchant CASH APPJEREMIAH JENK where it has entry mode 10, credential on file and no response code 85 was captured prior to the authorization of the disputed transaction. Member has previous transaction with the disputed merchant, Microsoft. No fraud alerts. There is freezing, unfreezing of the disputed card within UT timeline (suggesting full control of account).
