Cancellation of pass can also only be done within 24 hrs of Purchase

I am afraid the last day to opt out on your auto renewal was last May 15, 2022 and since then the option has been already removed from the system. So, we can no longer cancel your auto renewal.

Your only option is to file for a claim in order for your pass to be refunded but you need to have a qualifying event to do so. I am afraid we do not have the option to refund the initial payment of $49 as we can only cancel or refund within 24 hours from the day it was charged and since the automated charges was last May, 17, 2022 the option has been already removed from the system. So, we can no longer cancel/refund your auto renewal's initial payment.
